Fantastic family beach house in Blairgowrie

Our relaxed beach house is perfect for large groups or multiple families. We are delighted to share our family home with you and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

There are two living spaces, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two large decks, providing ample room for up to 3 families. There is provision to sleep 19 people and there are a further two mattresses that could be used for children if required. The bedrooms are provided in 3 separate areas, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The large modern kitchen features two ovens, gas hot plates, microwave, dishwasher and is supplied with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment for a big group. There is also an additional drinks fridge in the laundry area next to the kitchen and we have a Nespresso coffee machine to address your caffeine needs.

The dining table can be extended to accommodate large groups of up to 14 people. There are further tables on the front and rear decks to accommodate more if required.

There are 2 decks for enjoying the morning and afternoon sun with expansive views over Blairgowrie. The rear deck has views of Port Phillip Bay whilst the front deck is perfect for glorious sunsets over the sand dunes of the back beach. The front garden has a playground area for the smaller children and a table tennis table for some family fun. The rear garden is fully fenced making it safe for your furry friends. There is parking available for up to 6 cars.

The house has ducted heating throughout and all bedrooms have ceiling fans (except bedroom 4 which has a freestanding fan).

Whilst one of the bathrooms is relatively new, the other two are in original condition. The two original bathrooms have separate WC's.

There are pillows and doonas for each bed and we can provide doona covers. You are welcome to bring your own linen or we can provide details of a local linen hire company.
