The Space:

Decorative plants are carefully placed on appropriate corners of the living space, which instantly enliven the area. Matched with a timber-wood modular console rack with minimalist interior decorative that completes the space.
In the other corner, the open-style kitchen, which has modern and high-end appliances such as, gas range hood stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, household silverware, and spacious cabinets and drawers are perfect for your kitchen accessories. The big panel refrigerator is hidden in plain sight and blends with the kitchen cabinets. Enjoy cooking your all-day meal and share it with your loved ones.
The modern round white-toped marble dining table set is an absolute conversation piece coupled with trendy dining chairs for three and well-chosen tableware for a dining experience to remember.

Mohammed Bin Rashid City, popularly known as MBR City, is one of the biggest mixed-use developments and freehold areas in Dubai. Offering luxurious residences and a premium lifestyle, the residential units in the community are built with green building standards in order to conserve energy, create a natural environment and maintain efficient environmental procedures. Made famous thanks to the presence of the Meydan Hotel in the vicinity, MBR City will also be an interesting community for animal lovers, with both an equestrian and falcon centre in the area. With various eateries, entertainment centres, retail shops and many more futuristic developments coming up, MBR City creates a community with a bustling environment in an ultra-modern setting.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
Many things are accessible like grocery stores, hospitals, beauty salons, restaurants, etc.
The location is very close to Business Bay, MBR City is about 15 to 20 minutes away from the Business Bay Metro Station and Al Safa Metro Station. This connects also connects to the tram station if you simply want to go around JBR areas.
Mohammed Bin Rashid City lies about 15 to 20 minutes away from the coastline of the emirate. When in a mood for a sunny day out or a relaxing breezy evening, the residents of MBR City can head to Sunset Beach and Jumeirah Beach which are about 12 minutes away. Another beach near MBR City is Kite Beach. It offers many water sports activities as well as a few food stalls.
