The Space:
A combination of two villas attached by a door in the backyard, this villa is specially designed for large groups, as it is very spacious and comfortable. Both houses have a pool on the ground floor with lounge chairs and a charcoal grill. On the top floor of house 1, you can enjoy the jacuzzi

The maximum capacity is 34 guests, however, the price may vary depending on the number of people staying at the house. As per Airbnb policies, you are not allowed to select more than 16 guests per reservation, if your booking is for more people you just have to reserve and send us a message with the correct number of guests. Once you do that, we will adjust it manually and send you a money request for the price difference. Another important thing to know is that no outside staff or guests are allowed (for security reasons)

✢The house is located in a quiet community, loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm in order to comply with Mexican laws
✢Only registered guests in the reservation are allowed to enter the premises
✢Daily Cleaning (for environmental purposes we only change towels and sheets every 3rd day)

Check-in is at 4 pm, we kindly ask you to coordinate your arrival with your on-site Concierge (he will be contacting you through a direct message a few days prior to your arrival)

The private chef service is included in your nightly rate. This means that you will not have to pay any additional fees for having someone cook for you up to three times a day, you will only pay for your food order. Providing you with a restaurant-like experience within the comfort of your villa.

Once your reservation is confirmed, our Chef's team will contact you closer to your arrival date. They will provide you with our menus and help you coordinate your meal plan. We can also personalize your order, offering vegetarian and vegan options too.

The Neighborhood:
This villa is located in LA VELETA area. This is a real state-growing neighborhood where you will find a lot of luxury houses like ours. and also local places to visit. Within walking distance, you will find grocery stores, restaurants of all kinds (Mexican, Japanese, Italian, and more), yoga studios, coffee spots, bars, etc.

Tulum center is around 5 minutes of driving, where you can find many restaurants too, bars, convenience stores, souvenir places, and nice local experiences waiting for you.

Tulum Beaches and Hotel Zone is around 15-20 minutes of driving depending on where you go and the traffic. Here you can also find top-notch restaurants, more souvenir spots, amazing beach clubs, bars, shops, cenotes, and many more things waiting for you to experience with the Jungle-Beach vibes.
