THE LAYOUT - INSIDE AND OUT

This spacious apartment offers over 143m2 of stylish living space including a 47m2 alfresco area for entertaining or relaxing that beckons you to dine and unwind, complete with a Weber BBQ, to enjoy the sunset or sunrise. Floor to ceiling windows allow you to soak in the north facing, sought after views of the canal or Lake Burley Griffin and Canberra's landmarks, the Carillion and Black Mountain tower.

PRIVATE LIFT, SECURE PARKING AND EV CHARGER

Your own private lift access adds to the premium lifestyle and makes the apartment very accessible as there are no steps. A lockable double garage with a private Tesla EV charger and also a single secure carpark adds convenience. Exclusive to our apartment.

QUEEN BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS AND SEPARATE LAUNDRY

The thoughtfully designed floor plan incorporates 2 segregated bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a handy entry foyer to take off your shoes and leave your coats after arriving direct from your carpark in the private lift.

The master queen bedroom is oversized, has abundant storage and features a chic ensuite with bathtub and added convenience of access to the private front deck. The master bathroom features double sinks and an oversized shower for extra comfort. Additional blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort in both bedrooms.

A fully equipped separate laundry, complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and sewing kit ensures you have everything you need. Bathroom provisions, such as hairdryers and personal care products, as well as bath salts, provide an extra touch of comfort.

KITCHEN, LOUNGE AND DINING

The heart of the apartment lies in the large open plan living and dining area, designed to seat six comfortably. The well-appointed galley kitchen boasts lake views and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the food preparation accessories you may need. Basic condiments and food provisions are provided for your convenience.

Marble tables and leather dining chairs and lounges are a pleasure. Quality floor and window treatments and lovely stone bench tops and marble tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms add to the enjoyment of the space. Climate control is a breeze with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating along with portable options to ensure your comfort at all times.

ENTERTAINMENT, INFINITY POOL AND GYM

Stay entertained with a selection of board games and books, Bluetooth your music through the Sonos speaker or use the Smart TV’s to access to Netflix, Prime Video, Foxtel and Free to Air channels. Stay connected with unlimited free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Stay active at home with the Total Gym, various hand weights and a yoga mat. Explore the surroundings with kayaks and bicycles, enjoy picnics on outdoor mats, and enjoy the Turkish tool wraps to make use of the pool. Spill out from the deck onto the grassed area for a game of Finska or Boules. There’s also a table tennis table and boxing bag in the garage!

This apartment is one of the most spacious with the most amenities within the complex and the only one that has its own EV charger and direct access to the lake. Access from the front deck adds the convenience of independent access via the lakefront or the elevator, eliminating the need to enter through the main building if desired.

Fabulous apartment!
a beautiful apartment with lovely attention to detail. Great location for lake walks, dining and shopping. I would highly recommend for couples or a family with older children in late teens. It is not an apartment for young families.

And we love travelling the world! David is an Ecologist, Lisa is an Environmental Designer and CEO and Jakome is an elite Athlete and student. Our company undertakes large scale revegetation, commercial landscaping and restorative agriculture and has wholesale nurseries. We love the ability to share our beautiful space and location with others and hosting allows us to engage with interesting people from around the world. Feels good to share and provide an experience that makes others feel good :)
