The Durham features ducted heating and cooling throughout the home. A wood fireplace has been appointed to the front sitting room. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a ceiling fan, and bedroom 3 features a pedestal fan.

The home extends a warm welcome to both indoor and outdoor pets.

Late night dinners are made easy with a 1 min walk to The Terrace (Thai restaurant).

Treat the group to a visit to the beautiful Machattie Park, a must-visit Victorian park with stunning gardens, a duck pond, and an elaborate water fountain. There are several local shops where you can purchase some on your way into town, or we would be happy to provide some for you if you'd like to purchase some using the Booking Enhancement form that you are sent with your booking confirmation and other correspondence you receive from us.
