The Space:
Live a lavish life every day in this lovely apartment that is lovingly designed and has everything you need to call it home.

The apartment radiates warmth to everyone who steps in. The living area has a spacious comfy couch with a chaise and an armchair for extra seating if you are having some friends coming over during your stay. Across from the couch is a flat-screen TV so you can watch your favorite movie while lounging there. This room is finished with a coffee table, soft carpet, and modern wall art.

Next to it is the dining area, which has a round wooden dining table paired with four upholstered dining chairs. Serve the delectable meals here & strengthen your bond with each other over the food. The spacious, kitchen next to it is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delectable meals for your loved ones.

Walk your way to the bedrooms and sleep peacefully after a long tiring day. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two single beds. All of them are fitted with comfy mattress, fresh linens, and pillows. Each bedroom is tastefully designed and furnished with an inbuilt wardrobe, side table with lamp, and a dresser with a mirror which doubles the purpose to catch up with your office work

After a long, exhausting day, stroll to your bedroom and fall asleep quietly. A king-sized bed is in one bedroom, while two single beds are in the other. They are all furnished with comfortable mattresses, fresh sheets, and soft pillows. Every bedroom is elegantly decorated and equipped with an integrated closet, a side table with a lamp, and a dresser with a mirror that serves as a desk for finishing off office work.

En-suite bathrooms have a glass shower enclosure over a bath. All bathrooms have white fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

Step onto the spacious balcony that is furnished with outdoor chairs. Sit back and catch up with your friends while enjoying the breeze of fresh air.

Positioned as a global transport hub and major contributor to the economic growth of Dubai.

It sits on a huge landmass with different districts for residential and commercial purposes. The location of Dubai South is of prime importance along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near Dubai Investment Park.

Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road

Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached within 25 minutes and The Outlet Village by Meraas is 22 minutes away. Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.

If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 17 minutes drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
