Building amenities are closed to Airbnb guests due to building rules. Kindly do not book the apartment if your are to use them.

-What's the sleeping arrangement?
Queen bed in both room.

- Do you provide parking?
Onsite parking is not available. You may park at surround street parking and ACE paid parking is 2mins walking distance from the building.

- What's the address of the apartment?
Melbourne Square, 18 Hoff Boulevard, Southbank. Level 4.

- Is the room shared?
No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Check-out can be extended to 11.30am for an additional $20. We offer complimentary late check-out until 11:30 am for our esteemed returning guests.

- Can guests check-in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day.
