I spent the majority of my child years up here in Penetang before moving to Toronto. I always wanted to buy a second home up here because of the fond memories I have swimming fishing in Georgian Bay and running around with my cousins as a kid. We decided to host our home because I wanted to hopefully give other families the opportunity to make their own wonderful memories up here. I now live in the beaches area of Toronto with my wife Fiona, my daughter Addison and our silly Irish Setter that we names Irish. As a local realtor in the area I find it hard to enjoy the time away so I am hopeful that you and your family enjoy our wonderful home away from home.

The moment we saw Georgian Bay from the front porch we knew we had found the perfect spot. We wanted a home in town and close to everything but still with great views of the water. We knew the park and splash pad across the street would be a hit with families. The trans Canada trail right outside our front doo offers guests some of the best hiking and cycling trails in the region and the close proximity to some of the best beaches and Awenda park were an added bonus. We wanted a place where families can come together and have a great time. Our front porch is the perfect spot to sit in the evening watching the kids play, overlooking the sun set on goegeous Georgian Bay

Our property is the only one in town that truly has gorgeous water views. We are directly across from Rotary park and Georgian Bay is right outside our front door. The views are second to none. We also have the Trans Canada trail across the street and some of the best sunsets in the area. Why choose a home that says close to the lake when you can choose a home directly in front of the lake with gorgeous views to boot?
