17世紀初頭に建てられたサンタンヌの魅力的な礼拝堂のふもとにある、壮大なプロヴァンスバスティード。要塞と湾全体のサントロペの最も美しい景色の1つです。 サントロペの中心部（300m）とサントロペ半島の最も有名なビーチの1つであるタヒチのビーチ（1 km）の間の優位な位置。プライベートビーチとパブリックビーチ、パンペロンヌのビーチ（2 km）。
メインヴィラには3つのダブルベッドルーム、1つのベッドルームと2つのベッド、専用バスルームがあります。2つのマスターベッドルームにはテレビとハイファイ（B＆O）が備わっています。
暖炉のある広々とした快適でリラックスできるリビングルーム、10人用のダイニングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン（La Canche）、テレビとHi-Fiシステム（B＆O）を備えたベランダ。 2つの独立した建物で、それぞれ1つのダブルベッドルーム、専用バスルーム、ラウンジ、キッチンがあります。
したがって、この家には5つのダブルベッドルームと2つのベッドを備えた1つのベッドルームがあり、合計12人と4つのエキストラベッドを利用できます。

St Tropez's Chic Hidden Gem!

Saint Anne was everything we could've hoped for and more! We arranged this for 12 girls for a Hen Do Weekend - when we saw the photos, we were a little nervous it might be a "catfish" because it seemed too good to be true. But it was real! We arrived late in the evening so when we arose the following morning & opened our divine French shutters, we had to pinch ourselves - some of us even welled up! A view like no other, the most authentic French interior & an outside space fit for those all important alfresco evenings. Both Federico (owner) & Christophe (villa manager) ensured we had a very seamless arrive & departure, including a late check out and they even organised a food shop & unloaded into the fridge for our arrival. We couldn't have hoped for anything better & needless to say, we'll be booking our return visit as soon as possible! Thank you so much for such an unforgettable stay...

Une maison où l’on se sent bien

Cette maison donne envie de se poser , d’apprécier le temps qui passe. L’espace est bien agencé le jardin aussi , il ne manque rien pour se reposer et passer du bon temps en famille ou avec les amis. Avec la situation sanitaire , je pense que nous avons ouvert la saison estivale et du coup quelques ajustements ont du être faits mais avec une très grande réactivité de C , le contact sur place. Le port est à 15 min à pieds , plus besoin de voitures .. la vue est super depuis la terrasse et les deux masters bedroom. Nous avons passé un super séjour et espérons pouvoir y revenir rapidement un petit peu plus longtemps.

My Recent Stay in Heaven

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa for my 30th Birthday with friends. The property is stunning throughout with a breathtaking view of St Tropez from the front and Great Gatsby style pool at the back. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The Place des Lices is a short walk downhill and the beach lies a 5 minute drive away. It couldn't be more perfect!

Better than the photos

The villa was perfect, all the household staff lovely. We have been renting villas in the area for many years and this was by far the best; the photographs don't do it justice. . . A walk into St Tropez, and easy reach of beaches and Ramatuelle. It was bliss! Thankyou for looking after us.

Beautiful and elegant villa with a great location between the centre of St Tropez and a short drive to the beach. Perfect layout for 2-3 families sharing. Our kids in particular loved the pool, which was a good size and great for small as well as larger children to play in. The villa and the garden are safe for children and everything is up to a high standard. All facilities are fairly new (owner has recently renovated the entire villa). We particularly enjoyed the bbq and the view of the bay in the evening. Soren

Wonderful summer holiday

Our family spent 2 amazing weeks in the most outstanding villa. More than enough room for our family of 7, each bedroom beautifully appointed with its own bath, so the kids all had privacy. The living areas and outdoor space were perfect as well, lunch on the terrace then a swim in the pool was a favorite! The younger children enjoyed hours in the garden and lots of ping pong. The villa has beautiful views and is within walking distance to town. The house manager is wonderful, she helped us with anything we needed even arranging a full time housekeeper to make our holiday even more relaxing. Truly a perfect paradise!! We can't wait to go back Thank you again!!

A Wonderful Week at Les Voiles de St. Tropez

We stayed at the Villa for a week during Les Voiles de St. Tropez at the end of September 2014. From the moment we arrived, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The house and landscaping were lovely. The house plan comfortably accommodated our group of eleven adults (5 couples) and we had wonderful meals on the back patio under the trees (just like a scene out of “A Good Year” except that we overlooked the beautifully landscaped pool area and back yard rather than a vineyard). There was a very nice view of the harbor from the front yard and the two front bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms in the main house had en suite bathrooms which was an extremely nice feature for our guests. The house manager was very helpful in arranging a chef for us as well as mid-week cleaning. The villa made for a wonderful week in St. Tropez and we would definitely rent the villa again upon a return visit.
