The Bungalow is one of our newest homes, bringing a fresh perspective to coastal luxury! Beautiful color palettes and thoughtful furnishings make this home a destination of its own! It has a large resort-style pool and attached spa. This property is just minutes from the beach! A free 6-passenger LSV is also included.

The Bungalow is a brand new 7 bedroom, 8 bath private home that sleeps up to 22! It’s located in The Villas of Frangista, a safe, gated community in Frangista Beach. It features brand new, modern décor and too many features to list (check out the home features list below for more details)! There’s a private pool and spa in the backyard, and also a neighborhood community pool. The community is located off of Scenic Highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tail restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger LSV to the infamous Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, just 2 miles away (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores). Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, a Winn-Dixie, a gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

VIEW LAYOUT AND BEDROOM DETAILS:

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. Its coastal design features fresh white cabinetry and sleek lines! Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and 2 refrigerators. The second refrigerator is located just down the hall towards the back of the home and easily accessed from the backyard. 2 toasters, a Keurig, a coffee pot, a crock-pot, a griddle, a blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large, counter-height island bar with 4 chairs.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is located in the nook just inside the entryway. It features a beautiful wooden table and seating for 6. Also included in this open concept is a bar height counter and 4 barstools.

LIVING ROOM: This spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept layout. It has 2 full-sized couches, 2 chairs and a mounted flat screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is at the back of the home. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

HALF BATH #8: Located at the back of the house and easily accessible from the pool is the half bath. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built cabinetry and granite countertops.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Located near the back of the home, there is a full-size washer and dryer.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, a large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. There is a hot tub/spa, and a private pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR:

ARCADE AREA: Located in the middle of the 2nd floor are 3 arcade games and stools that are perfect for indoor entertainment!

BUNKROOM + BATHROOM #2: At the top of the 2nd-floor landing, to the right, you will find the bunkroom. It includes 2 Full/Full bunks and 1 Twin/ Twin. This will sleep 10. It also includes a dresser, flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony that overlooks the backyard. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Located at the top of the stairs and straight ahead is a king suite. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower. It also shares the balcony with the bunkroom.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is at the end of the hallway. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom is also at the end of the hallway. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

3RD FLOOR:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: At the top of the stairs and to the right is this king suite. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a Keurig a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination. This room also has access to a private balcony overlooking the backyard.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #7: At the top of the stairs and to the left is a king suite. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a Keurig, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower. This room also has access to a private balcony overlooking the front yard.

AMENITIES:
-Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
-Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
-Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules.
-Deposit + Payments
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home. Final Balance Due: The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival
-Damage Waiver: $199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

GOLF CART:
-Free Golf Cart Included with Rental. Some Exclusions may apply. Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or student groups.

PETS:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 5 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

-Cancellation Policy: Please review the cancellation policy on your booking channel and/or your reservation at the time of booking. This will be the cancellation policy for your reservation.
