This stunning, newly renovated house features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, open plan living area and a large galley kitchen. The kitchen has stone benchtops, induction cooktop, French door fridge, Nespresso machine and a large hob window providing a beautiful view of the sparking inground swimming pool and the Town Common conservation park.

Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 each have queen sized beds with bedroom 4 having two single beds making it the perfect kid's room. In addition to the main bathroom there is a combined bathroom/laundry which can also be accessed from the pool area - toilet stop in wet bathers not an issue! The house is kept cool with split system air-conditioning and all windows and doors are screened.
