Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor open-floorplan living area. The 3rd sleeping area is a loft bedroom on the 3rd level. It features a cozy work desk and sofa.

Enjoy entertaining family and friends on the large deck overlooking the canal. The deck features outdoor eating and cooking on the gas grill. The deck can be accessed from the living area as well as the master bedroom. Also has a Hot Tub (not accessible in high season for insurance limits) and 2 kayaks.
