The Space:
A truly unique and furnished 1BR that has everything your homely comforts need—all you just need to do is arrive!
The living area is fit for anyone who's looking for relaxation! It features a comfy couch where you can sit back and relax as you watch your favorite TV shows and movies on the 55" flat-screen TV. Thank you to its oversized windows, which make this space bright and lively. It's also completed with a chic center table, soft carpet, and a unique ceiling light.
Next to it is the dining area, with four velvet-green dining chairs that give you space to enjoy each other's company. In case you fancy eating, you can find ease in cooking with the appliances. Whether it’s for a simple cup of coffee or a nice meal, this fully integrated kitchen has you covered with a sophisticated kitchen that is fully equipped with a complete set of appliances, cookware, and others for you to use in cooking in the kitchen.
The bedroom has been furnished with a minimalist interior design that suits your taste. Have a good night's sleep as the upholstered king-sized bed comes with a comfortable mattress fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows for complete relaxation during your stay. The rooms are equipped with soft carpet, a bedside table with a lamp, a dresser with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a built-in wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom.
The balcony is fitted with outdoor furniture if you want to have some refreshments in the afternoon while enjoying the peaceful neighborhood.
The en-suite is complete with white fluffy towels provided for the guests, as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, ensuring a comfortable stay. There's a separate guest's toilet/powder room too!

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
Getting Around:
Taxis usually drive by outside the builder. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi for you to get around Dubai easily.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The Mina Seyahi tram station, meanwhile, is only less than 5 minutes away on foot. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30 minutes, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
