A newly built home with a beautiful outdoor deck surrounded by private fence, great for eating, mingling and just enjoy a book over coffee. Built with high ceiling, your modern private suite has your own bathroom inside your queen size bedroom with ample wardrobe space for storage. All suites with window lots of lights. Grand sharing space, fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans and utensils. Home is conveniently located, very central with all public transportation access. Laundry is on same floor level. Parking onsite is available.
Only 3 bedrooms in the unit, 2 just got rented and only 1 available now.
You’re welcome to come to see it Monday the Saturday 9 to 6. First come first serve. No reservation without fully paid online.

This is acquaint and quiet safe neighborhood a very old Italian neighborhood, full of hip cafés and cultural restaurants convenient within 3 to 4 minutes walk and public transit. That’s also walking distance to get you easily to downtown or any other most visited travel spots.

Very unique property with every single room having private bathroom that does not need to be share and each level is over 10 to 12 feet high ceiling. The building is a newly designed building for the sole purpose of spacious enjoyment for a share space that has never been done this way! fully equipped with all new appliances, including dishwasher dryer/washer and an outdoor spacious 1000 ft.² sundeck with modern outdoor furniture to meet and greet other travelers just like you!
