The Space:

Located just north of the square and within walking distance to the convention centre, the town hall, Theatres and the bars and restaurants on the Terrace, this two-bedroom apartment is close to everywhere you want to be. The Neighborhood:
Only a few minutes’ walk to Central Christchurch where you can find the famous Cathedral, restaurants, bars, and tourist activities such as the Christchurch Tram and local tourist pick up points for tours.

The Garden City has a great deal to offer and with The Crossing, Christchurch’s newest glossy shopping mall and cool, laneways there is something for everyone.
Christchurch Botanic Gardens, walkable from Cathedral Square in 15 minutes, now has the Riverside Market, an enclosed farmers’ market-food mecca offering everything from fresh juice, just-baked cookies, and Japanese food.
New Regent Street is one of the most well known in the city, the pastel coloured facades and eclectic mix of shops offer the chance to window shop or find something a little more unique. With the traditional tram running through the centre of the street and the Isaac Theatre and new Court Theatre located not far, you will have plenty to entertain you during the day and night.
