The Space:

Each corner of the apartment is furnished in contemporary style, with a low-hanging chandelier that gives a beautiful look to the living area. Packed with a comfortable couch upholstered to the optimum level of comfort is a big flat-screen 55” TV, where you can sit back and relax while watching the latest movie. This area will be a great spot for you to relax and have unforgettable moments with your friends and family. This area is complemented with beautiful dark wood furniture, soft carpet, and minimalist accents. The living space is surrounded by large windows to give you a great ambiance while sitting inside.
The semi-open-style kitchen is equipped with cabinetry and granite countertops with fully integrated high-end appliances. The modern dining area will comfortably seat up to six people.
Walk through the hallway, and there you will be welcomed by its bedrooms, which were designed with a unique interior. It has upholstered, comfortable king-sized beds and ultra-soft mattresses fitted with premium-quality linens and pillows to cuddle up in the bed all throughout the day. A soft carpet, bedside table with lamp, vanity dresser, and walk-in wardrobe complete the bedroom. The best part of this is that the bedroom has huge glass walls for more serene visual views.
The bedroom has its own en-suite with a separate bathroom for communal use, and both are compacted with fluffy towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay.
The balcony is complete with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal place to have a morning coffee, an evening drink, or an afternoon siesta with your loved ones. Offers the chance to snap some truly memorable photos.

The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.
Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still, the serenity is ever-present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.
This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.
Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
