Great Stay.

Our stay was great. Katarina and her husband Marin were very friendly and helpful. Great bakery just a few minutes walk away and a little market the same distance the other way. Room was good size and very clean and a short walk to the old town. Beautiful view from our window.

Very nice stay just 15 min walk from Old Town. Katarina, the hostess, was very friendly and made sure my stay was good. I only stayed for a weekend but the apartment had everything you needed. It was very clean and the AC was working well so it was nice and cool inside. Can definetely recommend Vilka Katarina. Thanks, Simon

Villa Katarina was welcoming, cozy, clean, bright and close to everything. The hosts provided all the necessities, as well as tea, coffee, juice and candies. The property offers balconies on upper floors and a big patio with tables, chairs and lounges for everyone to enjoy. Thank you Katarina for a wonderful stay.

Good location-walkable to city

The location of this property is really good and walkable to the old city center. There is no need for a car if staying within the city. Near there is a bakery and a pizza delivery spot. My friend and I slept comfortably, the place has A/C. Bathroom is a bit uncomfortable is on the small side. There are a few stairs to get to the property, so be aware of accessibility needs. There is no parking at the property either if you are renting a car, either have to pay privately or meter parking in the street (which we did, because it was cheaper). Overall is served the purpose, we felt safe, place was clean and quiet to rest.

Very clean and new, lovely location- but quite difficult to locate, there wasnt even a sign outside the door to indicate that it was Villa Katerina. Other than that it was great.

Really nice place to stay

Good value for money. Everything worked as promised (as in the nordic countries). We actually had an actual sea view from our room :). Aircondition works and that is great since it was +30C every day. The hosts are super nice and helpful. The location is close to the old town (8 min walk). There are more than some stairs to take where ever you want to go in Duorovnik and you cant drive to this addres, but the stairs from the street are not long.

Great Stay

We had problems finding the place but after that it was great. Maybe location should say the stairs to access the place is near the Mazda car place. We found our room to be quiet and very comfortable. Pretty garden. The location was about 15-20min walk to the old city with lots of stairs. The owner was so kind and generous. Bottle of water in the fridge, tea and coffee. Very helpful and anything you need just ask. We loved Dubrovnik and had a great stay here. Thank you

Mukava ja siisti huoneisto hotelli. Erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelu altis Rouva hoitaa hotellia. Vanha kaupunki kävelyetäisyydellä. Alas meno helppoa, mutta ylöstulo vaatii kuntoa. Lentokenttäkyyti aamuyöstä sujui hyvin hotellin hoitamana. Voin suositella.

Friendly welcome and convenient location

Katarina gave us a really warm welcome and was so friendly and accommodating. The place was spotless and the terrace was lovely to sit out on in the evenings. The property was really conveniently located in walking distance of the beach and the Old Town, there is also a handy supermarket just 5mins walk away. Would happily return and recommend to a friend.
