Not Happy
We were very disappointed in the service . We informed them we would be late arriving ( after services closed) due to change of flight .when w
E arrived , no key , no code to get a key , nothing . Several text messages went unanswered, phone calls went to an answering machine. Finally we had to find other accommodation at midnight . Next morning no reply from them until after midday when. By then we had booked elsewhere. We. Expect a full refund for this debacle. The Agency concerned ( based in Milan we were told ) should have an emergency help line in place for these situations. A very poor effort .
