２度目の利用。地下鉄グリーンラインの駅のすぐ近く。部屋は清潔、ベッドは寝心地良い。部屋は広く、設備は古いがメンテナンスが行き届いている。レストラン、カフェ、コンビニ、食品スーパーが徒歩圏内。

可もなく不可もなく 連泊しましたが、清掃やシーツ、タオル交換はありませんでした。 ボストン内では安い方なので、一定納得しました。 寝泊まりだけであれば、問題はないと思います。

Very bad experience

Only 6 Bath towels given for 2 nights of 5 people despite of many times requests. (2 for 2nd day) A lady working at front on evenings was so rude to us and other customers too. Many customers complained about lack of bath towel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Unbelievable required towels were not given. It would be minimum necessity. No breakfast. No extra bed given even after request accepted. Location was good but had very bad time in stays. Because of her attitude to us and other attitudes. Should’ve chosen other hotel. Not worth for the cost.

Cozy and quiet hotel in Boston area

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my mother for my birthday trip this time. Whenever I travel to Boston, this hotel comes to my first choice because all staffs are kind and trying to do their best for every single requests we make. But this time, our first day breakfast was kind a disappointed one. It was look like the hotel forgotten their grocery shopping and didn’t have any bacon & eggs and milk for their guests. But I think it’s okay at least they served some bread and coffee. I have been using this hotel for over 20 years and always makes me feel at home. Bed and room are smell clean and it helps me really relax after long flight. If you travel with your car, this is the best place to stay and which I don’t want to let anyone know my favorite one.

ボストン郊外にある静かなモーテル

モーテルですが、住宅街の静かな所にあります。２階建てで、エレベーターはありません。荷物が重かったので１階の部屋でお願いしましたが、全く騒がしくありませんでした。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーあり。ベット大きく、部屋もゆったりで、１人なら十分な広さです。 近くにWHOLE FOODS（スーパーマーケット）あり。付近はレンガ造りの趣きある街並みが続き、緑も多く、散歩するだけでも観光気分が味わえました。

ボストンの中でも安いホテル

中心地から少し離れたホテル（といっても30分以内）ですが、その分ホテル費用も安く抑えられます。部屋は泊まるだけが目的なら十分で、Wi-Fiもしっかり入ります。夜遅くにチェックインが可能で、朝食も無料なのでありがたいです。

Bit far from downtown and pretty old rooms but nice service. If you looking for the hotel located west side of Boston, this place would be the choice.

We had a room with two queen bed reserved--there were 4 travellers. When we arrived they said they overbooked and had to change to a room with 1 bed and they would provide a roll away. This was unacceptable. The rollaway was awful and my husband had to sleep on the floor. They overbooked and we had no alternative.

The room had a bad smell. Smelled like wet carpet or something damp. The pillows on the bed were very small and uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower head had a very small and weak stream of water pouring through it. The shower needs to have a stronger water stream.

This was a trip for a follow up at the hospital with our Daughter who went through Open Hart Surgery, this was not a trip for pleasure nor for business. When we arrived (around 8-9pm) there was no one at the desk, we waited (in this unsafe area) for over 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The room was disgusting, when i went to the front desk to complain that there are wet stains in the middle of the bed, we were told "sorry we cant help you". we ended up sleeping in the car.

La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa. Las almohadas ridículamente pequeñas y duras, muy incómodas para dormir. El recibimiento en el check-in muy frío, ni una sonrisa, ni un bienvenidos, ni ofrecen ayuda a menos que lo pidas. Todos lo demás muy bien.

I wouldn’t ever stay here again. Not for the price. Facility is filthy, there were no pillows. Our room was 77 degrees because we were “over the boilers?” Why build a room that way? The solution was to open the window on the first floor. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all unless the price reflected how gross it was. We checked out early and stayed for maybe $40 more at the nicer Marriott down the street. It was disgusting

The room I stayed smell awful. The water took quite a while to get warm/ hot. The bathroom wall had black stuff on (it might be permanent) but it made it look dirty.

OK hotel. Bad experience

We were scared after reading reviews that the hotel would have been overbooked and would be left with no room. When we reached and the front desk said the reservation got cancelled for overbooking, I felt my fear was coming true. But he informed that he booked another cheaper room and hotels.com would be refunding the difference. He was helpful and kind. After 1 day, no news from hotels.com, so we contacted the customer service which after 2 hours settled everything. Such a pity to loose that time when being on vacation. Hotels.com customer service was helpful too. Need to mention that the same night 2 other couples didn't get any room due to overbooking. Not sure if the real issue comes from the reservations platform or from the hotel, but this is scary. The room itself and furniture is very old but clean enough. The bed was comfortable and we got hot water to shower. It was enough for our short 2 nights stay but the fridge and the microwave didn't seem to be working if this is important. Location is a +, green T line is just 5 min walk away.

The property is dated and not well maintained. The bathroom mirror was missing and there were poorly “patched” holes in the wall where towel bars or towel hooks were previously attached and not replaced. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. There were a few odd items that appeared to be collected from other hotels (make up towellette, conditioner) The carpet was dirty and the walls had various dents and partial patches.
