Easy to find short walk from main railway station

Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again

The hotel has modern comfortable room. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Only downside is that it was VERY noisy during my stay as they had mechanics drilling and hammering during the day as the air conditioning was being updated in every room. I wish the construction work had been mentioned during the booking process.

Very convenient price per night. They offer a full studio that was clean and spacious. I only had to clean the surfaces of the kitchen area.

Nice basic stay

Good stay - nothing fancy but got the job done for a weekend in Bordeaux when you want to stay close to the train station (we had a connection on Sunday). Beds are really good and rooms very quiet so you can rest well. Walking distance to center.

Great deal!

I am so happy I booked this hotel. Wow, the rooms are quite spacious, plenty of space to lay out all my luggage. The room was clean. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, knife, pot, pan, induction cook top, sink, two glass bowls, dish soap. The staff at the check in were warm and welcoming. They were helpful and spoke many different languages. The hotel is so close to public transportation, or if you want to walk, many things are close by. The price for what you get is a great value!

Without doubt the most disgusting overnight stay my wife and myself have ever been unlucky enough to have booked. BROWN MARKS ON THE BEDDING! LOCATION... LIKE A WARZONE. UNDERGROUND CAR PARK HAZARDOUS... THE CONCRETE FLOOR IS SOAKED IN FUEL 🤕 PLEASE STAY AWAY!! UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING LIKE A RAT. No offence to rats. 💩💩💩💩💩

Extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel. This resulted in an immediate checkout and a refund request. The bathroom toilet had human excrement all over it (inside and out), there was a filthy toilet bowl brush next to the toilet, and questionable substances smeared on the floor. The bathroom sink was also dirty. The one plus side-- the front desk was apologetic and responsive in checking me out and stating that a refund would be granted. Buyer beware.

Disappointing

The hotel was disappointing. On the positive side the room size was good and the staff were nice. However it was hard to sleep, there was noise coming from a bar/club and it was too light at night. The room safe was broken and the very small supplies of toilet roll, coffee etc were not replenished/filled up. There were no cleaning fluids except for washing up liquid but there is only cleaning once a week or when you leave except for washing up liquid.

Awful experience, will never go back

We stayed here for 8 nights and they only cleaned the room once. We ran out of soap in the shower on our second day, and literally asked every day if they could refill it…they never did. The AC was not working. We set the temperature to 17C Ethernet room temperature was always at 26-28C. We complaint about this, never got fixed. Too many issues to write them here, will never stay there again

I arrived at this property and was shocked to see the rooms. It looked nothing like the photos online. I immediately called Expedia to inform Them that I would be canceling and staying somewhere else. I expected a refund based on the complaints and photos I had of the room. They were not helpful at all. We found a lovely boutique hotel for the same price in a better area.

Never Ever Stay Here If You Like Sleep

This “hotel” is a disaster. Forget about staff that don’t care and not willing to help. Fully knowing they are across from a concert venue, staff decided to put us in a room right next to the venue on a Saturday night. Constant shouting by tens of people for hours into early morning. Front desk person (who can’t speak a word of English) listening to music with earbuds in and couldn’t care less when I went down to resolve this issue. Practically begged her to phone cops and finally she reluctantly did so. Told me cops don’t care and won’t come unless there is a fight and weapons are involved. Well, be that as it may, this is on All Suites for having the audacity to put guests in a room knowing they won’t get a wink of sleep. Shame on them. I am writing this review to save my fellow travelers from ruining their stay in Bordeaux by staying in this dreadful hotel (for lack of a better word).

Cet appart hôtel est bien situé et agréable. Bon accueil à la réception et la literie est confortable. Les studios confort sont relativement spacieux et bien conçus. La salle de sport au rez de chaussée est bien équipée (tapis de course, velo, rameur…) et d’un sauna avec douche. Je recommande cet Appart hôtel à Bordeaux, c’est un bon rapport qualité prix.

Séjour weekend Bordeaux

Hôtel facile d'accès à pied depuis la gare. Il y a un parking en supplément juste à côté. Les chambres sont bien isolées, propres avec une petite cuisine. Les employé.es à l'accueil sont charmant.es, toujours disponible et souriant.
