Good Experience

Arabian Suites is an well located specious apartment hotel in Bur Dubai which gives you the privacy and access to all the preferred sites in Dubai. Clean and spacious rooms with high ceilings which makes it an excellent place to stay for unwinding. Food is not great but you can get food delivered from hotels close by who offer an excellent home delivery menu.

Hotelli sijaitsi ihan ok alueella, metroasemalle vajaa 2km. Hotelli oli muuten pettymys. Tänä vuonna tämä oli jo kolmas kerta Dubaissa ja olemme majoittuneet aikaisemminkin suunnilleen samanhintaluokan/alueen hotelleissa. Hotellihuoneessa kaikki oli vähän rempallaan ja ei vastannut kohteen ilmoitusta. Huoneesta puuttui kahvinkeittomahdollisuus, pesukonetta ei ollut, wc.pönttö rikki, suihku suihki mihin tahansa, uuni oli niin tahmea ettei siihen voinut koskea, tv ei näkynyt kuin niin sameasti että oli mahdotonta saada tekstistä selvää. Ilmoitimme puutteista ystävällisesti, seuraavana päivänä toivat pesukoneen, joka oli rikki. Palvelu oli epäystävällistä. Jotain hyvääkin, allas alue oli rauhallinen, sai lähestulkoon olla aina yksin siellä.

Well recommended Hotel Apartment to stay

We stayed in ABC Arabian Suite for a week and it was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were very friendly and always there to help. They were very welcoming. Our apartment was very very spacious more than we expected and it was very clean and cool. Most of the things we need to make our stay comfortable was provided and if we needed anything, they were quick to answer and our apartment was cleaned everyday. It had a very nice view. We were advised to book our hotel around Deira but we opted for Bur Dubai and we never regretted it because we went to Deira throughout our stay and it was quite busy and rowdy so we were glad we stayed in a quiet and peaceful place. I have already recommended ABC Arabian Suite to my friends and family and I hope to stay there when next I visit Dubai.

Don't stay here!

Like others, I expected this to be a 4 star hotel. I booked one of Wotif's 'mystery hotels' and assumed it would be good quality as a 4 star hotel should be. It was 2 star at most. We were shocked, and I will think twice before booking a mystery hotel again. The view out the very dirty window was of the back of another apartment only meters away. The decor was dated, damaged and uninviting. The tile grouting on the floor and around the bath was filthy. The toilet paper holder was broken in the bathroom, and there was only one towel. When we rang to ask for some more towels they took forever to come so we had to ring again. It was miles from anywhere. It took us 25 minutes in the heat to walk to the nearest metro station. Apparently "This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation." I assumed they had a shuttle and tried to contact them before arriving but got no reply. I rang when we arrived in Dubai and was told they didn't have anything and we'd have to get a taxi so we had to join the queues at the airport and it was expensive. The man on the front desk gave us directions to an address in Dubai and we caught a train and taxi only to find they'd sen I don't trust the good reviews on this site, anyone who gives this a good review has never stayed in a 4 star hotel.

Dreckiges Hotel in indischen Viertel

Das Hotel ist evtl. nur zum schlafen. Im Hotel gibt es keine Atraktionen. Pool abgesperrt, Gym geschlossen... Die Zimmer sind dreckig und dunkler. Fenster mit dicker Sandschicht bedeckt, seit langem nicht gewachsen. Die Küche unzureichend ausgestattet, ein altes Topf und vier Teller. Ein Essen vorzubereiten geht nicht. Wir waren sehr entseucht.

عند الوصول كانت الشقه شاغرة وتم تأخير تسجيل دخولي حتى الساعة ٥م لتنظيف الغرفه لكن المشكله أنه عندما وصلنا الشقة لم تكن نظيفه

Was listed as a 4 star. Not even close.

There hotel staff were not at all helpful. There was mold in the bathroom. The kitchen was not equipped. There were stain on the sofa. The bathroom smelled. Not a good experience. We had to change hotels. The location was also horrible.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in!!!

Hotel was dirty, reception guys were unfriendly and sleepy (I arrived at 2AM from the airport) and my room door couldnt be locked as the lock was broken! I am travelling a lot and this hotel is a far cry from being a 4* hotel!!! It deserves a 1-2* max! Very disappointing :((( Although I paid for 2 nights, I left the hotel after 6hrs. That was the best decision as I am enjoying a clean and nice room now!

It was supposed to be a 4star hôtel

When I booked this hôtel it was supposed to be a 4star surprise. But it was far from it. At thé most It should rate 2star hôtel. Thé breakfast was horrible. Thé location so so because we had to take a Taxi to the Metro. It was too far to walk there. I am very dissapointed with expédia for this.

Great Staff that really CARES

Hotel Staff was completely 100% customer service oriented. This made well deserved stay pleasant. What was amazing that the staff did this so easily. I will return to ABC Arabian Suites they are on the top of my list.

Worst hotel in Dubai

This hotel is a brothel. I had to sleep one day as it was very late and in the morning I woke up with immense pain my whole body. I left the hotel next morning immediately. Wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

ハード面に問題のあるホテル

全般的に宿泊料金の高いドバイのホテルの中で、部屋が広くリーズナブルな価格設定でしたが、安かろう悪かろうでした。コンドミニアム形式ですから、アメリカのコンドミニアムを想像しましたが、キッチン類（トースター、ヤカン、食器類）は不ぞろいですし、洗濯機は小さくて使いづらかったです。おまけに、お湯は１０分ほどするとぬるま湯しか出なくなり（フロントの説明だと、タンクの容量が小さいためだとか）この季節では風邪をひきかねない状態でした。広いスペースだけは評価しますが、それ以外は不満足なホテルでした。

Bien situé et facile d'accès.

Personnel de l 'hôtel très accueillant. Tout est bon. Le seul point négatif est par rapport à l'accès internet. Bien qu'on peut avoir une connexion WIFI pour 10 Dirhams à l'heure, on peut pas la partager ni l'utiliser en plusieurs fois. on doit droit à une seule connexion! Le temps est compté à partir de la connexion mais non utilisé.
