Absolutely loved our room with great view on to the Zwinger. Cute little kitchenette and complimentary drinks in the fridge . Mattress could be a bit more comfortable. We definitely will stay there again

Fabulous hotel! Across the street from probably the most interesting site in town (Dresden Zwinger, looks like an old palace, with museums), and about 2 blocks walk to the town's centra; square where they hold oldest Christmas market in Europe. Restaurants all around. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a fantastic view of the Zwinger. We had the XXL suite, and our kids loved the bunk beds while the adults enjoyed the other comfortable beds. All very clean, nice kitchen and bathroom, great value. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay, everything is around it and I mean everything. I enjoyed staying here, my only reason for a 4-star is it was a bit hot at night.

Modern design in such a historic place. Close to everything. No place to unload luggage and parking expensive. Front desk hours were limited but we knew that. Lots f shopping and places to eat nearby

This hotel perfectly understands the modern traveler. The rooms offer lots of space, great amenities (including a full kitchen and, if needed, easy sleeping for kids!), views, and lots of comfort. The hotel staff are probably the most pleasant we have ever encountered, the restaurant/bar has amazing views over the Zwinger, and all of the old town is easily walkable. We loved it here (much better than the big name 5star hotels in town) and will be back on our next visit to Dresden.

Location is terrific, room was awesome. Long hallways are depressing and tired looking. Nobody ever picks up the phone line and everything is so it yourself. Only 2 towels for 2 ppl in the room. Cannot find housekeeping. Morning attendant was strange and rude. We asked for towels, never got them.

Location is great, but we stayed a back end of the building (528, 529) with very poor or better not usable wifi and internet. That’s unacceptable. Furthermore, it’s advertised with gym access, but they didn’t have enough access cards. As well not fulfilling their promises. The rooms are very hot in the summertime as no AC available.

It was 33 Celsius (92F). Nobody mentioned until checkin that there was no A/C or fan. While booking the place there was no mention of the missing A/C. We hoped it would get cooler at night, but no. Opening the window made it worse. By 10pm we were drenched and booked another hotel with A/C where we spent the night. The least the hotel could have offered was a big fan.

Overall good but a little though

Check in was easy, but not very flexible, overall good. TV didnt work and we are big football fans and booked this place because it was an apartment with cabel TV. When my mother complained, first attempt was denied with "We cant to anything" and then I had to go and be though and stand my ground and we got a new room where it did work, so I (yes me) solved the problem. I would expect a little more service, thinking that this is 5 star facility. Bagage storage works fine, rooms are nice and comfortable, beds are good, kitchen well equipped.

Helt perfekt rom og lokasjon

Her skal vi bo igjen. Perfekt lokasjon - nære alle viktige steder. Enkelt å komme seg rundt. Enkelt å få tak i taxi da vi trengte det. Alle i resepsjonen var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var god og utsikten superb. Og det er jo et kjempepluss å ha en egen rooftop bar. Rommene var romslige og rene.

Loved this property! The unit was so homey and comfortable. The restaurant/bar upstairs was fun. The neighborhood was amazing! Beautiful architecture and excellent restaurants.
