Such a lovely apartment in the perfect location for exploring Dubrovnik! The room was spacious and clean and our host was so kind, checking in with us daily during our stay. The only downside is the surrounding area can be noisy when trying to sleep but this didn’t bother us too much!

good bits and bad bits

pros: location brilliant, lovely apartment, bathroom hot water etc perfect. cons: entrance stairs need painting and some of banisters loose. biggest issue was safe not working (and seemed been problem for a while). felt uncomfortable not being able to lock away passports etc and front door to apartments always open and you dont get a key for that

Perfect location, clean and modern.

Amazing location just a few steps from the Main Street, super clean and modern with everything we needed provided. Relatively easy to find and access with instructions provided before arrival. Being so central there is some noise from the surrounding restaurants in the evening, but we enjoyed being right in the middle of everything.

Location location location! While we had a hard time finding the door to get in since it’s not labelled, when we did find it we were extremely happy. One street up from the Main Street. Restaurants everywhere Great communication from host, before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Centrally located without a strenuous walk through Dubrovnik in the heart of restaurant row. Paula was very thorough about advising location and access to the property. Only concern is that the safety handrail going up the stairs had fallen off the wall, and a very minor issue of a lack of body wash for the shower. Otherwise, clean and comfortable

Great place

Great location! Restaurants all around and easy access to town. Be aware of lots of stairs to access apartment. Everything was clean and spot on. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Comunication with host was excellent! Fully recommended!!

Close to old town amenities. On the whole the apartment was very clean apart from some stains on the bed quilts. The description details are a bit misleading it does not mention all the steps you have to get to it inside the building and outside. And also the fact it is above a restaurant.

Lovely modern studio in good location

Lovely location and modern studio. Check-in time is 4pm not 3pm as advertised on hotels.com. There was an iron for use but with no ironing board.

Great location

A great location for spending a few days in Dubrovnik. In the old city centre, within the walls, you were literally living in the world heritage site, and everything was nearby - cafés, restaurants, some shops, the harbour, guided tours, kayaking, going to the islands, beaches within walking distance. Although beware - no cars are allowed within the city walls, and you need to carry your luggage up & down stairs to get to the apartment.

Property is perfectly located, but with that said it is noisy if you prefer to sleep with the windows open. Our unit was on the 2nd flr (U.S. 3rd flr) and hence taking luggage up and down weas challenging with no elevator. The unit is nicely designed and was clean.

Right in the center. Steps away from pile. The apt brand new. And really on everything walkable. If you carry big luggage just remember Dubrovnik had lots of stairs and the apt is in 2nd floor. Old building, no elevator to keep the place as it should be. But Paula, arrange with our transfer to help me out by me and my kids although we travel light just 1 carry on each. The apartment so worth it!! GREAT location and new.

Miserable check-in, no signs etc. We called earlier and they said someone would come over. We should have known that a name of a woman and whatsapp number in the wall = name of the stay. Poorly handled. There is also a hole in the main room you can see light from next apartment.

Elegant, contemporary studio apartment, lovely and light with high ceilings and located right in middle of Old City on tiny lanes with great selection of restaurants and bars. Shutters and windows keep out any noise effectively. Good aircon. There are a lot of steps in this area and two stair cases up to apartment which wasn't a problem for us but might be an issue for others. Small kitchenette with large fridge great for preparing breakfast or lunch and chilled wine/beer. Our only negatives were: the fridge door didn't shut easily, it has dropped and needs fixing. The safe wasn't working (we were advised when we arrived) so there was nowhere to keep valuables. The top sheet on the bed was the duvet cover, a sheet would be more comfortable.
