We stayed here for two nights , lovely clean apartment, walking distance to historic area and lots of restaurants and shopping by 15 min walk , if you like to go uphill restaurants it’s accessible but it’s a long hike , David in front desk helped us to get the Uber very nice and friendly staff . Porto is the great place to visit , highly recommended

Gorgeous modern property—easy access to river restaurants, though was still a bit of a walk to the main river restaurants, this wax a perfect place for our family member who has some mobility issues

Excellent place to stay

We stayed for four nights. We had a lot of space - if available would strongly recommend the top floor apartment (Sè). It was quiet, well-equipped and comfortable. Also the car parking is right under the building and so extremely convenient. The apartment is close to the Ribeira district - on the bank of the Douro - and convenient for the boats, either to the Douro Valley or just a trip up and down the river.

It's a nicely renovated property. There is a washing machine (surprise, did not know) and detergent, great kitchen facilities. However there was only enough coffee for one person. We booked two nights and did not use the washing machine, nor the kitchen, but would be happy to have at least enough coffee for two persons for two nights.

Great apartments and facilities

We loved the apartments. Had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble from the manager. She was very welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely time in Porto and would return to these apartments. We’ll certainly recommend to family and friends too. The apartment should be 4+ was excellent. Thdnk you again for a lovely stay

This place is amazing! Very spacious; much bigger than the photos depict. The location was good: close to Ribiera Square but not right in it, so it was quiet. It is close to the river but there is a big building that obstructs most (but not all) of the view. The balconies off the windows provided a fun view of passers by, and there were interesting books in different languages. I never found a grocery store nearby, which would have been helpful. Despite the minor weaknesses, I would definitely stay here again. Just being inside the place felt special.

Luxury apartment, spacious and stylish

This was a real treat. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities- including a washer, dryer combo. It is about a ten minute walk from old town. They have a garage if you are driving. Porto is amazing from the moment you arrive to the train station. This apartment was a cherry on top of the cake, beautifully decorated and big. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment, highly recommend

Great apartment, very spacious, very clean, great location, amazing amenities, extremely welcoming staff. Would defiantly stay again. One negative was that one day when we were out the cleaning team/ housekeepers left out front door wide open. This wasn’t a huge issue as we were the only room on the floor so I doubt anyone came up but it could have been a different story. Would certainly use this company again.

I felt I was in a concrete jungle only looking out onto concrete walk ways from our particular apartment. No bedside table as no room! Not even a little shelf screwed to the wall. No cleaning just towels changed daily and not even a dustpan and brush to sweep up the breakfast crumbs! I would hardly call them “serviced” apartments”. Otherwise very clean and lovely bed linen.

Acomodações excelentes!! Apartamento completamente equipado, com maquina de lavar/secar, lava-louças, aquecimento jos cômodos, chuveiro excelente! Nao se precisa comprwr nada, eles tem tudo! De café expresso a detergente, sabao pra maquina de lavar, itens de higiene pessoal (sabonete), sabao liquido, etc). Prédio muito bem localizado, em local jobre e silencioso (quase em frente à Alfândega do Porto). Muitos restaurante a diatancia caminhavel.

We had a great stay. The apartment was everything we could want. Wonderful, convenient location, great view, all the amenities you need, spacious, new. The price was a great value. Paula and Erica were there to meet us and staff was responsive to any needs and questions. We highly recommend and would stay there again on a future visit to Lisbon.

Appartement magnifique mais…

Notre appartement était magnifique, bien décoré, les chambres grandes, les salles de bain parfaites. Cependant il faut savoir qu’il n’y a absolument personne à la réception la plupart du temps donc la communication est un peu difficile… par contre le personnel que nous arrivions à croiser était très gentil. Notre appartement était au premier étage et compliqué d’ouvrir les fenêtres de la pièce principale car elle donnait sur une route très passante et sur le tramway donc beaucoup de bruit… par contre fenêtre fermée nous n’entendions pas grand chose il faut le reconnaître ! Les chambres étaient calmes c’est le principal. On a pu tout faire à pied ce qui est agréable.
