My 4th time staying at this hotel for the past 18 months. All for work purpose. In Kerteh, I would say this is the best hotel you can stay. But if compared to any hotel in KL , this is just decent hotel. Plus point are this hotel have a nice beach and swimming pool.
AND I don't understand why your management decide to no longer offer bed with breakfast. Breakfast is by walk-in customer only now. For business travelers, this sucks because we could not claim a separate bill of breakfast and room. So, having breakfast outside is the solution.

This is my 5th time staying here. As they is actually not a lot of decent hotel here in Kerteh. In overall this hotel is actually ok if u can live with old design, old decoration, but been taken care quite well. BUT, I dont understand why this new management decide to no longer offer Room with Breakfast package. I was told by the front desk it is a new policy. If u want breakfast, u can only do it by walk in. It is weird because FYI , for business travellers, we are given Accomodation claim and Meal allowance. If your breakfast is charge seperately, we could not claim it as it will be under Meal allowance which the allowance amount is fixed per day. I rather have a traditional Terengganu breakfast like Nasi Dagang, Nasi Lemak Ikan Aya or Nasi Kerabu outside your hotel instead of paying RM39 for your buffet Hopefully you can offer it again as package, if not, u are losing business especially from business travellers like me.

The morning buffet breakfast need serious upgrading. Limited choice of food and local or international food not up to 4 star status hotel. I am a frequent visitor to Resort hotel b4 Covid. The buffet breakfast previously, prior to 2018 was good, they served tasty nasi dagang and nasi lemak and egg omelette was good. Now the standard has deteriorated. Very disappointed. Salad dressing only French. Coffee no cappuccino selection, Tea is so diluted is like plain water, bread only white bread, no wheat or brown bread,
bread, The nasi kerabu blue coloring is so artificial is like using fake coloring , should use real bunga telang, which is a healthier choice.
The toilet and bathroom doors are falling apart.
No hand soap is the washing basin.
Sauna is not functioning for both man n woman room.
If no further improvement, i think the hotel will lose its 4 star status n lose its loyal customers base as well.
I sincerely hope that the hotel will be restored to its old glory days
