A nice resort apartment

The apartment is spacious, it has 2 bedroom, and we are couple so we just used 1 bedroom. Location is at Estepona, around 20-25 minutes drive to city area. We booked this property cos of the good review, reasonable price and we need the washing machine to do laundry. Carpark is at basement so very convenient for traveler with car, and it's a free parking. The property does not provide toiletries so just to remind next guest to bring your own.

Very welcoming reception and they showed us right to our place. The amenities were great and the apartment was beautiful. They were pleasant accommodating when we needed to stay a little late due to a sick member of my family.

Good visit

Good location and very nice garden and pool. Friendly life guards by the pool. The area feel safe. A mix of families and gangs of youth partying is a challenge. Can be noisey at times.

Beautiful apartment, bright sunny big balcony on second level. Well equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook at home important to remember to request an upper floor apartment and not a main floor as the sunshine coming in. The upper level is worth it.

The apartment was not clean, house keep was bad. On every Sunday, there is no house keeping. The swimming pool was average. They didn’t give remote control for parking as they are out of stock. To be honest, I don’t recommend staying in this resort

Sweet apartment resort

This is an apartment hotel, with a living room, kitchen and 1-2 bedrooms. The premises do not provide breakfast, water bottles, or likewise food/bar/restaurant, but there are two convenience stores and a few restaurants about 10 minutes walking distance from the resort. The reception was helpful and nice at arrival. We asked for a room with a bottom floor garden, which we got, it was sunny and large, we could lay there suntanning during the day, and it was just a step out to the pool area. The beds were comfy, and we had two bathrooms. There was a safety box in the room. It was easy to get taxis to and from with Uber, and the cleaning service came every day. All in all, a sweet resort, quiet and in a tranquil area. No complaints! My only recommendation would be that they have e-scooters or bikes for rent, since a aparthotel requires purchasing day to day food and water, and without a car it was a bit heavy to carry.

The property is very nice, the pool is great, very big and nice. The not too great part is when you have to deal with the staff, other than Ivan who was good trying to help. Their response for the air conditioning not working in our apartment was: the air conditioner was put on fan mode and for that reason was not working, which was not true. We had to stay with that problem until the next day because was no one to clean another similar apartment so we can move. Other than the staff response when you have a question to ask, looking like they do a favor for you, everything was good 😊. Consumer service can and should improve.

First night we had to deal wid a bad smell coming from the pipes the next day after we talked to the office they gave us an apartment which is downgrade from what we paid fore but the big problem we had that at the time we were leaving the townhouse we founded out that they have cameras installed inside the house after we opened claim with the office all they kept saying that that townhouse is privately owned and the cameras are installed by the owner and they only connected when the the townhouse is empty which doesn’t make any sense I even showed them the Spanish law regarding RBand B and short rental properties prohibiting any cameras inside regardless if they on or off I was going to put a charge at the police station but I changed my mind because that will take sometime which I don’t have . Stay away from this place

Die Unterkunft an sich war völlig in Ordnung. Die nächsten Geschäfte leider mind 20 min entfernt. Mit Kind und Kinderwagen absolut nicht empfehlenswert, da die Gehwege schlecht oder garnicht vorhanden sind. Keine Basics in der Küche wie Lappen, Schwämme oder Spülmittel. Ebenfalls im Bad keine Seife oder Ähnliches. Man musste also direkt nach der Ankunft erstmal schauen, dass man sich das „Notwendigste“ besorgt, um auch sauber zu leben. Das auf der Webseite angegebene „Spa“ war eine absolute Zumutung. Tote Insekten in jeder Ecke und im Pool. Allgemein absolut kein Ort der Erholung, sehr heruntergekommen. Der weit entfernte Strand ist leider auch nicht das gelbe vom Ei. Alles in allem muss man hier einfach selbst schauen, dass man das Beste aus dem Urlaub macht. Zum empfehlen sind die umliegenden Orte wie Estepona, Puerto Banús etc.
