Quite and comfortable location, close to a mall with access to the MRT. Everything is clean but the rooms /bath could be improved with a renovation.

Would recommend

No frills stay in Singapore. The rooms were quite small but that's pretty much all homes in Singapore but it was quite well organized and equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The mall was about 10 minutes walk and the public bus was around a 100 feet. Overall a really nice place in a residential neighborhood and good bang for the buck.

Nice apartment in a really good location: if you want more space, a washing machine, and a great convection to the MRT system, this is the place. Just be aware that the photos are maybe 10 years old and so are the apartments. Wallpaper is coming off, and the wood floor has been repaired a couple of times. Anyhow, all is is squeeky clean and problems are resolved quickly, and staff is very helpful and courteous. If you need space and your own apartment at a good price, take it. If you want luxury, or 'really nice', do not.

The property is not 5 star or 4 star if you expect that but, within its classification, it is very good & sufficient for staying safe & near amenities in Singapore. 10 minutes walk to Novena station full of shops & restaurants. The room is good & clean & staff excellent & always helpful. If you manage to get a bigger room with balconies then you have no worries at all. We weren’t that lucky due to rooms being fully booked. I highly recommend this place.

Condition of the property is very deteriorating, everything is OLD, please do not go by the property pictures, I dont think its 4 stars by any standards.

The location was great, super close to the mrt and a mall. The facilities were great, nice pool and rooftop terrance. Overall, room I stayed in was ok. The layout of the room was great however needs to be cleaned more. The shower needs a deep clean and so does the fridge as it had a funny smell. Communication was fast and effective.

1 Week stay in one bed apartment

There is no person manning reception, all communication is thru whatsapp, unless you read the flyer closely you won't get a room clean unless you ask for it. Wifi was extremely poor within my room. Pool area is aging, tiles are missing around the pool.

Stay here if you can!

We loved our 9 day stay at Novena. The studio was small, but had a full sized refrigerator, cook top and sink and was well-equipped. The hotel is conveniently close to bus and MRT lines, and there was an excellent hawker center just a 10 minute walk away. But the very best part was the well-furnished covered deck on the roof -- we relaxed up there every day watched the sunset and sunrise up there. The staff was always helpful on the rare occasion that we needed help w/ a taxi. Very highly recommended all around!

Advertised as "sleep 3", but actual sofa is too short for a third adult to sleep on. Property rep explained that its for 2 adult and 1 child (sharing bed with adults). That's not how I understand "sleep 3".

Good sized studio apartment for Singapore with a practical layout. Bed was very comfortable! Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well furnished with good water pressure and hot water & great AC. Twice weekly cleaning was easy to schedule and anything extra that we required was quickly and pleasantly provided. Refreshing outdoor swimming pool on the ground floor and a nice rooftop garden with seating and shade & a great view. Location isn’t super close to anything but gas easy access to public transport (bus is very close and MRT just a short walk) to take you anywhere easily. Easy walking distance to three different hawker food centres as well as 4 malls with great restaurants and food centres and grocery stores.

A Little tired

The ST Residence in Novena is well located for easy access to public transport and most city areas. The room was clean and well furnished but Hot water was poor and taps and showers had to be run for over 5 minutes to get any warm water. The swimming pool was clean and adequately sized but some tiles were damaged or missing and required repair. The roof garden was good but the furnishings require renewal or recovering.

Pictures on the app look good. In reality, the room is very small. Supposed to come with washing machine, but there isn’t 1 in the room. You have to use the washing machines hidden at basement carpark, and pay S$5 for each wash cycle. Also no sofa no seating area, unlike shown on the app pictures. Conclusion, don’t trust the pictures on app.
