No heating or WiFi and smoke alarm intermittently beeping. No forks, tea towel or kitchen bin lid. 'Hot tub' water was cold. Property manager unresponsive.

Lovely bathroom, other rooms need A LOT of attention. Dirty and torn sofa bed, unclean bedding on double bed, dirty floors, kitchen was basic and not very clean. Smelly and unwelcoming in the lobby area of property when entering the property and NO HEATING OR HOT WATER. Ideal location though, very close to tram stop. Host was good at replying.

All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit.

Not as bad as most reviews say nice looking place once your inside the apartment only problem was central heating wasn't working kept tripping on the fuse box luckily i took my own electric heater heater to keep us warm

Reasonable and close to town

Easy walking distance to tram stop and town about 10 minutes. Clean and easy check in. Beds not comfortable and shower hot and cold, not their fault but guests below smoking weed which stank out our apt. Free on road parking and plenty of it

3 night stay

Nicely laid out with crockery and linen. Spotlessly clean. The wifi had an adult filter block. There was a slight damp smell to the room. Reasonably priced.

Property was clean and cosy it was everything i wanted, except for the hot water after ising the shower for 10 mins the water went cold and had to wait half hour before using the hot water again...

Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. With their being residents also there was alot of outside noise.

Nice clean big spacious apartment

Would highly recommend, was unsure at first, with some bad reviews but they where unfounded, very nice clean apartment with all utensils included, I will definitely book again The only thing that was a little let down was the TV was broke But I had my iPad so could still watch everything on that

Awful don’t book

Didn’t attually stay in the property it was awful the smell of urine and the place is unsafe extinguishers all condemned and the emergency lights wasn’t working so a safe evacuation wouldn’t happen

The worst property I have ever stayed at. Dirty, smelly with broken furniture. Absolutely disgusting. The pictures used to advertise this property are not accurate. This is false advertising. Don’t ever stay here.

It's totally awful place,it stinks so bad dirty place, ceiling and walls with damp marks paint falling off..doors were so weak...lack of security and total dirty place

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Left my partner and I and our two daughters with nowhere to stay for the night after cancelling out booking with no explanation just a couple of hours before we were due to check in. Only advised of the cancellation by email after us emailing them with a query. Have not had any answers or explanation after trying to contact them several times. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Photos make this apartment look far more luxurious than it is. Very old ,cables dangling for the TV. Flush in toilet not good. Needs an update. Like student accommodation!!

This place was nothing like the advertised photos, filthy bed covered in hairs and the after 10 calls and emails I still haven’t heard back even though I told them I couldn’t stay there and had to book new accommodation , no reply regards refund !!! Beware don’t book this lace !!!!!!

The bed is terrible no protection cover on mattress so your sleeping with everyone whos slept in the bed aswell as the pillows. Springs coming through the mattress and its not a double size bed. The pics are not what they say they are advertising. Needs updating, and better security for the door that didnt lock properly.

The bed was not clean, and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The shower was a trickle and was either too hot or too cold. There was a damp smell through out the building. The front door does not lock.

Spent a lot of money booking this room iv never felt so robbed in my life shows hot tub but ther is no hot water to fill it had to use pans and kettle fuming causes this was the only reason I book it for the kids hair all in the plug had to sleet on the floor because it advantage for 6 people to sleep and the sofa bed felt like it was going to collapse so didn't dare sit on it never mind sleep on it just didn't look like the photos on the website 😢
