Recommended and will visited again

very friendly staff and the breakfast was good and fresh. Very comfortable flat with a balcony, I just like everything. Very close to the airport, busses with access to the town.

We stayed here in 2020 and nothing much changed since then. Comfy rooms, two beach clubs to choose (5-7 minutes ride), restaurant with good home food. Yes, the prices are in euro and a bit high. Overall we loved it

Stayed with family July'24. Modern. Clean. Safe. Decent breakfast, Pool. Plenty parking. 6 km from beach. Remote from restaurants and shopping. Gotta have a car.

We had delays so a booked this hotel for over night literally from pulling up a could see it was relaxing and just run properly the little restaurant inside lovely and not over priced the staff cant do anoth for u absolutely will come back

Average hotel, poor location and wifi

This hotel is out of the way and there is nothing in the area within walking distance, shops, restaurants etc. Also the wifi is terrible didn’t work at all during our stay.

The complex is pretty new. The rooms are spacious and the area is pretty quiet. The breakfast area next to the swimming pool s very nice. The soup could be kept warmer.

That was a great stay at all. Very kindly staff and good breakfast. But the room wasn’t so clean and towels and sheets look dirty, even they was washed and clean. Otherwise everything was nice. Location was also very good. Very easy to become there with bus KL08 and some another public bus.

What you would expect from a top tier luxury resort, nestled away in an urban area. The staff is top notch, the food was incredible. Unable due to time to take advantage of most offered services, what we saw, heard experienced was wonderful. Suggest a transfer service for first time visitors.

In kitchen not enough utensils.no knife or tin opener etc. bathroom cubical the tiles mould. I don’t suggest my friend and family to this place

Only stayed for one night, clean, and safe, checking was quick and smooth.. breakfast was limited but ok. Left some items in the cupboard, called reception who managed to locate them and leave them in reception for me to collect. Location could be better but taxi are available out side hotel.

Everything was fine except for the fact that the hotel staff knocked on our door and asked us to pay for 2 drinks we had at the pool and woke us up. We put all the drinks on the room but were not sure why they had to shake us down that evening

A modern set of apartments located in a quiet area of Lara. It’s far from the city centre so if you don’t have a car get ready to pay a taxi. Breakfast was basic and is very little options so if you stay for more than 3 nights you will get tired for sure, I only stayed 2 nights. Regarding the rooms little attention was paid to the cleanliness of the dust, grime and dirt in the cupboards. They offer a free laundry and ironing service which is very good.

They are rude

We wanted to turn our single person accommodation into 2 people. They wanted 10 times the amount written in the contract. Then he told us that we had no other choice at that time of the night and that if we did not want to, we had to leave the hotel. We left the hotel and they did not refund our money.

Disappointing

Ordinary hotel placed in an unpleasant neighbourhood. This hotel does not serve dinner, and there is 2 kilometer to nearest restaurant area. Don't think about walking there since the neighbourhood is crowded with unchained watchdogs. Take a taxi instead - but remember that they only take cash and don't make the trip with a meter turned on. One might think that this should be a tourist scam of the past - well, it is not in this area. I will never go this area again. And the hotel: well, they definitely also need to upgrade on the concept of service.

Disaster

Booked this property because it indicated airport transfer, next to beach, pools, bar, etc.. Had to get taxi to hotel, not near beach & beach closed; one pool empty, other closed, No bar ( room with a table); really out of the way. Hôtel basically deserted except for a few workers. Horrible experience. Manager was pleasant & tried to refund - has to go through hotels.com - still waiting!! Had to take expensive taxi to another hotel & wasted full day of short vacation!
