Full Welsh breakfast

The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Despite the limitations of Covid we had a huge choice for breakfast. From full Welsh breakfast, to fresh milk and eggs direct from the farm. Our children loved staying on a working farm, there was even a calf born overnight! The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Our host was very helpful in directing us to local places to eat, walks we could go on and beaches and attractions to visit. Nothing was too much trouble.

Last minute on the day booking and slightly hard to find but that was down to Google Maps not being accurate. The owner very patiently helped me get there! Very comfortable, quiet and great unexpected breakfast - thank you.

A quiet oasis

Wonderful welcome and made to feel very at home. room was lovely. Very comfortable bed. More than adequate hospitality try! Definitely a working farm as some of the cows went walkabout during breakfast and Sharon and dogs had to get them back to the field. Very peaceful location and easy to find. Cannot understand why some of the reviews were negative

Very near Carmarthen, so easy to get an evening meal - but ensure you book a restaurant on a Friday or Saturday as they get very busy. Access to our particular room was via several flights of stairs , so would have been difficult for people with mobility issues. The proprietor is dealing with this by upgrading the entrance in the near future, weather permitting . All in all , a really pleasant and friendly place to stay.

Hidden Gem

Sat Nav shows the farm 3/4 mile too early - Google Maps has it bang on. Keep going till you see tractors and dairy sheds on the left and you’re there. Loads of parking, excellent Wi-fi. Lovely warm and comfortable rooms, friendly and affable host. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Carmarthen.

Not very impressed

Not highly impressed.. Small rooms. No toiletries provided - unusual for three star accomodations.. Hard to locate the place, no board or directions outside. Narrow approach road.. Windows/ window sills in room and outside were not cleaned .. Infested with cobwebs and too many flies.. Hostess was a nice lady. Averagish breakfast - made to order.

Bucolic and peaceful

Lovely real farmhouse in a bucolic and peaceful location. Excellent breakfast, lots of fresh fruit, cheese and cereals! The only negative was the bacon which would have been better grilled. Comfortable beds with lovely views from bedrooms. Warm welcome!

Excellent B&B. Good value for money.

Last minute booking. Within short notice hotel have arranged a travel cot we requested . Clean rooms & friendly staff. Happy to help always. Nice family run B&B & good value for money. Pictures don’t do justice, rooms are much better.
