I would definitely come back to this resort our Room was incredible ! Our concierge Ivan Decorated my room for my birthday along with cake and champagne, the buffet food was pretty delicious throughout the day although the restaurant food was okay overall our stay was great !

Our stay here was amazing! The staff was very caring and fun! Fransisco at the restaurant by the pool and Patricia at the sushi bar made the place feel like family! I would 10/10 come back just for the the experience the staff gave us! Thank you so much for treating us like family!

Our stay was mostly excellent. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious. Just one thing to note: we got very upset about the fact we can't get our room just because it was located in the adults only part of the resort. We were traveling with a baby, and on the Expedia resort's page it doesn't have any notice about that.

We had an amazing weekend getaway. We were able to use adult only resort next door for dinner which had some good options. The Hilton staff were amazing and very attentive. A big shout out to Santos in the lobby, Irvin & Felix at the lobby bar and Maria Elena at the adult pool/bar. They were all so nice and treated us like family. They made this trip extra special. The location is nice. Close to shopping and the airport. Beach was clean and water was great! We will return!

The stay overall was great and the bartenders kept the drinks flowing. My only complaint would be the noise from the lobby every single night, it never ended before midnight and sometimes ran until 2in the morning. Very annoying when you have excursions booked early in the morning.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the ocean view! The location was perfect to all areas we wanted to spend our time. Nice to have the hacienda next door away from the crowd and noise. Many thanks to the staff - they were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. On the other hand, we noticed the age of the property. Our toilets would not work a few times, water dripping from the vents due to condensation and the jacuzzi took a very long time to fill with water.

Does not keep up to the Hilton quality and reputation. Its small and old. Staff is nice. Food was good at some eating locations like the buffet. Other food locations are mediocre at best. Had to ask for soap and towels. Air Conditioning is also mediocre. Certainly not worth what we paid.

The location is under construction so the first room we received smelled like paint. However, we were given a new room and everything from there was great. Most staff was kind. The staff in charge of Buffet should make an effort to open on time and not get upset when people ask, why it’s not open 20 minutes after the fact. We were there three days and they opened late all three days.

Got to the property and was told we cant stay in that hotel cuz its the wrong one. We called before buying tickets and were told that we can buy those tickets. The room we got was really bad. AC wasnt working good, we got a king bed instead of 2 queen beds, dirty room,

But waste your money. Stay out of Mexico.

They tried to put us in a crappy room thinking we would be “gullible tourists.” The upstairs floors had holes in them, the room was super small and nasty. We had to complain but they ended up giving us a better room. They try to play us tourists. They only had two types of beer. The food okay but but great at all. WiFi kept disconnecting and you had to pay for it. Not going there again.

The quality of the food on all the restaurants was terrible, no taste no presentation even the so call specialty restaurants. The service of the people on the pool area was also very bad , not enough personal therefore was taking for ever to bribing drinks or snacks, sometimes more than 40 minutes for one hamburger or around 20 minutes for a drink

The food was not consistent, the quality was disappointing. The property is lacking maintenance and the cleanliness needs improvement overall. The service level was also mediocre, being that it's a Hilton location the brand was not represented well at this location. Disappointed
