Very spacious suite with a renovated bathroom. Excellent communication from property owners and great service for pick up/ drop off from the airport. Very close to the Athens Airport perfect for an overnight layover.

Hidden Gem in Markopoulou

Modern apartment, easily accessible from the airport. Our gracious host met us at the property and helped us get acquainted with our room and it's features. The plateia/central square was a 10 minute walk away and had amazing restaurants (and ice cream options for the kids). Was not expecting this level of service and satisfaction. Will definitely be back again. On a separate note: our host drove us to the airport for a small fee. I can't recommend them enough, this place is a gem.

Very unusual. It is actually a fully fitted apartment and very nicely done. The area is a bit run down but looks to be improving as lots of work going on. Convenient to airport. Guy runs a taxi firm so he has to fit in your arrival and departure around his fares. Had to wait at arrival and pickup to go to airport next morning. On arrival was shown the bare minimum so we spent a lot of time finding out stuff. A book would have helped. Overall a reasonable stop.

We spent two weeks island hopping around Greece and our last stop before our return flight home was the AVR deluxe suites. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations on our last night - freshly renovated, very clean, and plenty of hot water for a post flight shower. Our host picked us up from the airport upon arrival and brought us to the airport the next morning. One thing to note, and nothing against the property, is that the surrounding area can be loud while trying to sleep, specifically a dog that barks all night.

We arrived late in the day and the area was deserted. Seemed pretty sketchy at that time, but it may look more normal during the day. We left early for a flight. The room was in new condition, but they really cheaped out on the lights. Harsh blue lighting everywhere... Taking one star off because of the rude person that waddled over in flip-flops to give us our room key.

My wife and I were trying to find someting out by Athens Airport with easy access to the Airport in the morning. The full service airport hotels were pretty expensive so we looked for something a little further out without being back in Athens itself. The AVR suites fit the bill and the price was right. What we didn't know at the time was that the two brothers who own the property also run a taxi service (more later). The property itself was really very nice and was obviously almost brand new. The facilities were well thought out and not small or cramped by any means. This was the end of a long trip to Greece so we had a few other properties to compare to. There is a traditional coffee and pastry shop a very short walk down the street (2 mins ?). About a 6-8 min walk puts you in the town center where there are multiple places to eat. It was dark walking back but we felt safe enough and the town center is definitely walkable. Being from the US we don't use WhatsApp very much at all but you are going to need it in Greece. Anyway, once we found out the Property communicates using WhatsApp life got a whole lot easier. The property owners picked us up at the bus station in Athens and took us to the property and took us to the airport the next morning. We didn't need to them to do this but they made it so easy and the price was what we would pay anyway. Its nice to have a taxi meet you at the bus station, and to know it will be there as arranged in the morning.

屋主Akis 和他妻子一起經營這個民宿，建築和室內裝潢摩登乾淨。地點離機場10分鍾的車程，進出雅典機場的優質選項。唯一美中不足的是鄰居的狗吠聲回到半夜才會停止吠吼。門窗雖然是全新的，但隔音應該可以加強。Suggest adding weathering stripping or insulation strips around the door and windows to reduce the street noises. Also, consider a full height thick soundproof curtain from ceiling to floor to further dampen street noises.
