I loved the price and the washer dryer, full fridge and stove that was the selling point for us compared to a regular hotel and the luxury feel it had as well as how everyone minds there business and the privacy we had.

I signed up for this property in a pinch when a nearby reservation fell through. There’s no attendants—they operate remotely. They provide instructions that aren’t clear. When I called with a few questions, I was repeatedly told to just follow the instructions in the email. Then, although it was later remedied, the instructions and password for accessing wifi were totally inaccurate. I didn’t want to call since my last encounter was “just follow the instructions in the email.” This property may be great for many, but I found the process of getting checked in remotely to be a huge pain.

A mattress can ruin a perfect place

the only thing that I would have to complain is the bed it was super uncomfortable that I ended sleeping on the floor because the mattress sag in the middle plus it was super small for two people. The second thing and is just an observation is the glass table in the living room. The glass slides and a few time if I accidently hit my leg it was about to fall. For sure if i had a toddler it would have been a hazard. Other then that the place was super nice in a perfect location clean. It was a home away from home. Very quiet the view was beautiful. I honestly enjoy it very much. But I did miss a good night sleep. I for sure would stay there with out hesitation if you would get some better mattress.

The condo was spacious and the amenities were great. Easy check-in and great communication. However, the water pressure in the showers was almost non-existent and the unit could have used a few more pieces of furniture. Not a lot of places to set items.

Pros: Amenities out of this world pool was amazing gym clubhouse l. The condo was nice very bare but very modern looking inside. Did have all the basics needed for cooking. Cons: the check in time it is ridiculous it’s 5pm and the check out time is 11am. At least needs to be similar to hotels and check in time should be 3pm. No TV in bedroom and couch in living room so uncomfortable. Towels are very rundown. Shades in the condo are white so forget sleeping in at all…incidentals charge was $300 more than any hotel and I was not told till after I booked and no refunds.

Would not recommend. Room was very dirty. Pillow cases had makeup on them. You are renting an apartment where people live. This is strange but they have decibel meters in the rooms to monitor noise. If I knew that I would never have stayed there. It just seems strange. Very dirty. We will try a regular hotel next time.

Never again...

The apartment is in a bit of a construction zone, and there was a bit of noise. While the apartment was clean, there was a strong cleaner and/or paint smell that gave us both headaches. Tough being on the ground floor, because a lot if noise from people walking their dogs or going out for a smoke. Not a great experience overall...

Amazing!!! the only thing I would complain about is I wish there was blackout curtains cause once the sun came up I couldn't sleep. Other than that 10 outta 10. My expectations were exceeded. Beautiful property

The property had very nice common room, pool, gym, great room. Very new and nice building. the rental unit was a little beat up. the biggest grip is that only one of the fobs to enter the building worked and we called to ask for help and during our 3 day stay with two weekdays, they never even got back to us. that's pretty weak.

Esta muy amplio y muy conpleto tiene todo lo necesario como en casa ,la alberca genial aunque estaba frio el agua caliente una experiencia increible una exelente hubicacion todo queda relativamente cerca y en la noche la seguridad muy bien 👍 Lo unico que cuando vallas checa porque hay apartamentos en contruccion y algubas entradas estan cerradas y te puedes confundir pensando que los apartamentos estan en construcción pero no estan atras y eatan geniales te los recomiendo 100 por ciento

I had a key problem when i arrived at the property. Stephanie,the onsite manager,was a great help on solving the problem. But,i got her name and phone # purely by accident from another customer in the parking garage. It was not listed on any emails to my knowledge.
