We’ve stayed at this location for the past 3 HSSR. We love the parking garage. We haven’t gotten to use the pool, but it is beautiful! The apartments have all been comfortable and clean. Very modern.

Place was clean , it probably needs deep cleaning of carpet and balcony but it was fresh clean and safe. Owner was very nice and she responds fast and help with early check in . we booked for 5 days but stayed only 2 . I would recommend this apartment.

This apartment is small but comfortable. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond. If you are in Houston for the stock show and rodeo then this is very conveniently located. I really like it has a parking garage. This is our 2nd year staying at this property. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Convenient

I’m so happy we found this gem! We were in town due to a family member being hospitalized. We had no idea how long we were staying. This apartment felt like home. It was so cozy and comfortable. It’s close to the hospital as well as multiple grocery stores and fast food places. The host was welcoming and great with communication. This will definitely be the place I’ll stay whenever I come back.

We had a good stay. The only problems: The pull out couch smelled like smoke. Otherwise the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The code for the parking gate wasn’t working and was confusing to use. Someone had to let us in both times. The cleaning fee had to be paid separately using PayPal which wasn’t clear at the time of booking and I don’t like PayPal at all so it wasn’t a convenient situation. Otherwise host was good.

When we checked in at 9 pm all the towels are wet and are in the dryer that was not on and that are the only towels they have for us, also we found out the the balcony door cannot close and lock. We found old food in the freezer .They did not leave us the parking permit that caused my car got towed away from the property. It cost me $302 to got my car back and all the inconvenience for my trip to the doctor’s appointment at the M D Anderson . I am really would like to have my money back.

The sleeping conditions were not very good at all. The mattress is hard and firm. It was two nights of tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable position. The sofa bed which holds down the cushions were so thin that you could fill the bars where the sofa had the metal pieces in it. It was really hard to find a comfortable position other than that everything was very nice about the apartment but definitely if you like to sleep comfortable you might want to make a different choice.

It wasn't too bad. Linens were clean and some of the dishes were clean. The entire property needed dusted. The floors are terribly dirty. It appeared as if someone mopped, but i suspect the no water was nasty. The floors were sticky and left our sucks browned and the baseboards were all dirty. I had to wash several dishes before using. I also sweep patio off bugs, spiders and leaves. If noise is an issue the apartment is on a corner near an exit so you will hear those coming and going. They did offer great snacks and optional meals (Ramen) which was totally appreciated!

Pictures were better than appeared

The sofa bed just cranks back, so little bigger than a twin bed. Had to email the property owner regarding check in details less than 24 hours prior to booking since never received secure email 24 hours prior. States you can pay the $40 cleaning fee on property but you cannot. You have to Zelle the owner before they will give you apartment details prior to check in. They request you text then picture ID too vs having secure email link to do so. When requested refund, owner was less than helpful and refused to sign a waiver. I 100% recommend you buying the insurance for the trip so you can file a claim to get better place. It is gates but where apartment was, there was a gap in the gating area and anyone could get near the room. Door access is outside vs having inside a building access to rooms. Just did not feel safe having young kids and it wouldn’t not sleep the amount we needed like we expected.
