Really nice area Apartment was spacious and property had a lift We were street facing and a little noisy at times but not bad No kettle in the apartment so bought a cheap one and left it there for next tenants

I’ve been in this property before, this time the room was not as clean as before, there were some recent stains on the couch, tea bags among the cushions, the room had a weird wooden smell. Additionally the wifi strength was really weak to the point I ended up using my phone as a hotspot.

Almost perfect but a miss

This hotel property would’ve received full stars from us except that the shower does not drain and you have to stand in a puddle of water that looks like it’s coming up from a dirty pipe while you’re showering. I did contact the hotel about this and still have not heard back from them.

Surprised by some of the negative reviews that I read. Must have had an issue with the water in the past but it has definitely been resolved. Water in our apt. was the best we've had in CDMX--great pressure and plenty of hot water. We travel to CDMX frequently, and have stayed in many apartments and hotels. Mostly we rented through that popular short-term stay website that I'm sure you know, but as city has gotten more expensive in recent years, the prices of those short stay apartments have gotten much less competitive with hotels, so I thought I'd check out the hotels available.  I used a popular travel site, searching for hotels, and came across Queretaro by Wynwood.  Wow--nice looking apartments at a very good rate. We chose the smallest offering and although compact, studio apartment was stylishly decorated--high quality furniture, and nicely designed space. It is exactly as it appears in the photos only better in person. This small unit was filled with light as there was a bank of windows on both ends of the apartment, with black out shades. Shower and toilet, is tiny, but functional. High quality bedding and towels. Well-equipped kitchen and nice dishes, 2 burner ceramic top stove. K-size bed very comfortable--softer than is typical in CDMX. Doorperson 24 - 7, but only to manage entry. One negative: General info is not provided by management as to cleaning, etc. HIGHLY recommend though. Free laundry in basement. AND pet friendly! One of the best values in Roma N

Initially I thought I had found the most incredible studio apartment in CDMX! and we visit CDMX often. The apt. was clean, comfortable, stylish, with a king size comfy bed and a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure, not typical in CDMX! We stayed for 3 weeks while looking for a long term apartment. We were extremely satisfied with everything EXCEPT for the communication and cleaning. No information is provided as to if/when the apt. is cleaned. We extended our stay from week to week, so basically we were checking out and then back in on the same day, although we didn't have to vacate the apt. Our apt. was cleaned between the first and second week, after we called a representative, and tried to pin them down on when, but NO CLEANING between the 2nd and 3rd weeks of our stay. None of my correspondence/questions with customer service was answered and no info is provided in the unit regarding how to get more toilet paper, how to work the stove, IF and when the apt. would be cleaned, that there is a laundry available to guests, etc. etc. etc. This was hugely disappointing. Pet friendly is great, but we had a dog which we wanted to take outside when the apt. was going to be cleaned but we couldn't get the info on when, so we ended up trying to stay out of the apt. with our dog for the entire day, which was inconvenient, to say the least. This is a major issue. Other than this, it would be a great value and I would have highly recommended it.

Proper dont resolve issues

I reserved the place with 2 room it looks nice, but we notice qhen we got there that the room has no water at all, we went to use the restrooms and it has not water to flush the toilet, because it was already late I try to call the number from the property with no respon, wait till morning and nothing, we have a plan day and try to take a shower but still not water, call property again and finally i have to call hotel.com and see if they were avail to help me and hotel.com call the property too with no respond, i have to leave the hotel and have another day to stay but with no water and not responses it was my onli option, some one was in the front desk let them know and thw personnel has not idea when it was going to fix the issue so i let to another hotel. I keep trying to reach the property because i was asking for a refund, hotel.com did too and nothing it was a big disappointment 😞

Lamentablemente lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicacion, hice reservación por8 días en toda la estancia nunca hubo agua caliente, solo nos dieron largas sobre solucionarlo, no cuenta con ninguna amenidad de un hotel, mejor renten un airbnb

Agua muy muy fría, nadie respondía.😡

En las dos noches que estuve, nunca hubo agua caliente, nos tuvimos que bañar con agua muy muy fría, mi hijo y yo nos enfermamos, lo peor es que nadie te da soluciones, cuando hay problemas, la única vía de comunicación que existe, es que envíes mensajes de WhatsApp a un teléfono de Perú, "si de Perú", tratas de llamar y nadie te responde, y les escribes tardan mucho tiempo en responder, y cuando responden no solucionan. No te quedes aquí si eres un huésped que le gusta que alguien me de soluciones como pedir permiso de ingresar antes a dejar las maletas, porque no existe un humano que te haga caso.

Good, could be great.

Room was clean, had ample space with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a good area. No AC, but rooms had standing fans and climate wasn’t too hot at night. Rooms were on 4th floor and elevator wasn’t working. Service was a pain because everything from requesting towels, toilet paper or anything else had to go through a website/app and would be completed the following day. No phones in rooms, guy that was in reception desk at night always seemed annoyed and half asleep.
