気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
I would rather have camped in a tent than stay here. There were bugs everywhere in the cottage resort. Huge dead mud dobbers in the queen bed, a bunch of bugs on the floor under the bed, in the shower, in the kitchen, it was disgusting. The shower was hardly big enough for the smallest person in our group to use. The toilet didn’t flush properly and you had to hold it down until it flushed down entirely. I had to climb on the toilet to fix the light fixture above the bathroom sink because whoever screwed the lightbulbs in didn’t actually put them in. It’s a lightbulb. Not nuclear engineering. Then I almost fell over backwards when I sat down in the kitchen because one of the chairs was broken and falling apart. I didn’t notice it until I almost cracked my head open. I don’t feel like checking if the furniture will or will not end your life should be something you should worry about when booking on Expedia. Wondering if that had something to do with the inch deep hole in the floor as well.
