Heater in my room was not working at all and It was freezing cold so I requested to change my room but they gave me portable heater instead and it also didn't work. After requesting multiple times. They agreed to change my room. One lamp was not working.

It's overall a nice hotel with clean rooms. The room is a little small, and the breakfast is overly simple. But it is worthwhile the price!

The Starlight is absolutely perfect. The location is great—close to everything you need/want . The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive. The cleanliness and amenities are outstanding, with spotless rooms. Overall, a fantastic experience I highly recommend for a staycation or a trip

The pictures posted seem to be of a suite, not a basic room. I had an end room, with a view of "the city" which was the subway track, and the room was much smaller than i expected. However, I had all the amenities I needee, and the hotel is right across from not only a large shopping center, but in the mix of Chinatown, so there was lots to eat nearby and the parking in the shopping center was ample. I would stay there again.
