What a gem! This Angia Residence apartment is an absolute must-rent. The unit was impeccably maintained, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered stunning views of the city. I booked hotel apartment to stay 2 nights. I stayed first night is okay, but the next day at around noon 12 pm, they forced me to move to different room at another building, one block away, take about 10 minutes to walk. I told them that I reserved 2 nights and I already paid for 2 nights. So, I don’t want to relocated because I don’t have much time, I am very tired because the different hour between the US and Viet Nam. 1 pm in Viet nam is 1 am midnight at US. I was sleepy and tired. I told them that but they still force me to move. I have to carry 2 luggage with me and walk under the sun with high temperature 95 degrees to move to different buildings. They told me that the room I reserved have sold to another person so they told me that so they have to force me move. I told them that I already reserved and paid for this room one week ahead of time, but they didn’t care my feeling. It is so sad. It’s unprofessional. It is terrible to treat customer like that. I
