It is a good and safe place to stay, the people at reception is really friendly and helpful 24/7. However the room condition is a bit old, we couldn’t open the windows and the TV was old and did not work well. Out of the the neighborhood is amazing, such good location close to a big Shopping and the awesome Av. paulista.

Great location and kind staff in the front desk. However, there is barely a kitchen in the room as advertised. There is no pans so the stove is useless. There is a sink but with no water running, it’s useless. Only a microwave and a fridge is working. Also, even though there are staff at the desk, all guests must fill out an online form before arrival. I believe I filled it out 3 times with the site crashing every time. It takes about 30 minutes to fill out with everything from job description, to face recognition. All communication with this company is AI controlled and we found it impossible to get in contact with a real person. It’s just an AI loop of communication on their WhatsApp as well.

Good size room but very limited service. Everything has to be done online and staff are not really helpful. It is not a hotel really but an apartment. Location was good, right in front of a very good shopping centre and with subway options nearby.

The check-in process was annoying and it didn't work. We kept having to go back to reception anyway for them to work around the glitches. The building smelled pretty bad overall, and the bed was AWFUL. We both woke up in pain many times throughout the night. The password to enter the bedroom didn't work, so we were locked out of our room for a bit after we had just arrived from a long trip. Staff was friendly and did all they could, but I still wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

Functional apartment with friendly staff

The apartment was in worse condition than the photos, mine had filler patches in the walls. It was also a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing. They say it isn’t a hotel but there was nowhere to throw out rubbish and they didn’t even provide any sponge or dustpan and brush to clean the apartment, so I’m not sure how you can keep it clean without access to this? The cutlery was also dirty when I arrived. Everything needs to be rented from the vending machines. The staff were really helpful which was one bonus of staying here and the location was good for access to Avenida Paulista and the metro. There is also a really great little shop/vending machine setup in the lobby with ready meals and snacks and drinks - it was so handy! There was also no safe/secure place in the apartment for valuables which I would have appreciated. On the whole the apartment did the job for what I needed, but I probably wouldn’t book here again as it felt a bit too bare bones for me.
