Great addition to NOLA, centralized, super clean!

So clean and spacious in a loft setting. There is a whole kitchen set up in the living room that separates the master and the living room with the bathroom in between. A great NOLA experience that is super walkable. Coffee shop also downstairs to get the morning started. Easy in and out with access codes.

The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was amazing if you have something at the convention center. Also convenient walking distance to multiple restaurants and the French quarter. They even were even able to help us out with a late checkout!

Inexpensive gem near the convention center

This is a five star review. Only complaint was the bed was wonky on the side my husband slept on, and the hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink was not very hot. The shower was great with hot water, so I thought the sinks' issues was odd I had business meetings at the convention center and Riverside Hilton, and both just took a few minutes to walk to with a MUCH more reasonable price! The neighborhood felt safe, and there were so many restaurants and amenities nearby. Didn't get a chance to try the crepe restaurant and I was so sad not to do that. The place had a lot of noise, but I expected that because it's not a high rise hotel. I would 100% not hesitate for a second to stay here again. We went down to Bourbon St one night and walked back with no issues.

Nice Condo!

Great location. Located in the heart of the warehouse district. Lots of attractions in a 10-15 minute walk from the unit. Only issue were the bedroom breaker kept tripping. Just a bad breaker. Needs to be replaced. No biggie. Lovely coffee shop attached to the condos.
