We loved our stay here. The place was clean, and we got regular cleaning. They even wash window sills! Kitchen has everything we need. The staff was lovely and our interactions with everyone were pleasant. The outdoor pool is heated and our children loved playing out there. Quiet location but everything is very close.

The property was very clean, the staff were helpful, location was perfect, the only downside is our room overlooked the busiest road in town so was very noisy and the bin men emptying the bins every morning at 6 was disturbing, plus there is no air conditioning so needed the door open to let cool air in. Saying that I woul stay here again just choose a different room overlooking the pool.

Super room allocation overlooking the sea. Lots of street noise whilst ferry traffic disembarking ..although this did bother us. Discount vouchers for local restaurants & hb offer. Antonella very helpful. Asked for an upgrade & got a suite for €30 extra. WiFi dreadful.

Property is kept clean and everything is available on site. Expedia says rooms have air con but they don’t. Fan requested before arrival by email. At check in we were told it was ordered but it never arrived all week so room was too hot.

We have stayed at these apartments at least 8 times and have always been happy with cleanliness and value for money. On our holiday last week we found the cleaning service and towel change had reduced drastically from 5 times a week to twice. The second time being the day before we left. The reduced cleaning service made the apartment feel slightly grubby and our bins full, increasing the chance of insects. Next time we will stay somewhere else. Overall, we didn't feel the apartments felt as clean or 3 star, compared to previous visits.

Stayed here for 7 nights. The property was very clean, staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice, with plenty of sunbeds all day long. The poolside bar had a big choice of drinks for the afternoon. We ate breakfast a lot at the attached restaurant, with lots of options, and the coffee was lovely. We got multiple taxis from the hotel. It was easy to do: just ask the hotel reception to get one. There was usually no more than a 15-minute wait. We did have an issue with our room having some ants coming from the cupboard. When we asked, we were quickly allowed to change rooms with no questions asked, and the new room was completely ant-free. As I said before, the rest of the property was very clean, just one of those things. The lack of air-con in the rooms was a bit of a problem. Even in April/May, the rooms got quite hot. The rooms do have plug-in fans but they don't do the same as air-con. The hotel was in a great location, a short 5/10 min walk to town, but a very quiet area around the hotel just next to the sea. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was very easy to just walk out of the airport and get one at the taxi rank.

Upon arriving at Apartamentos Dunas Club from Canada we were shocked by the condition of our room. I chose this hotel based on the pictures and reviews on Expedia. Among several minor issues, we found in the room the main issues were: we couldn't get into the room because the lock didn't work, the room interiors were damaged to the degree that can cause harm, the bathtub was disgustingly dirty, the beds were torn and worn, the pillows were torn as well. I wish I could post the pictures I took on these. After complaining at the reception desk they didn't help us and told us to complain at Expedia. In the end, we had to search for another hotel to stay losing precious time from our vacation. This whole experience was very unpleasant and frustrating. It felt like a scam and I wasn't expecting this from Expedia.
