My room was above the pool and I saw water damage in the walls… My initial impression of the room was fair. However, upon inspection, my towels were not clean as I found small hairs trapped in them. I looked closer and it seemed like they were stains all over the carpet, like it had been spot clean for years and never professionally steam cleaned. The headboard had oil spots on it as if it had never been steam cleaned as well. In the bathroom, the plumbing and repairs have been handyman work. So I think this property is due for a renovation. The restaurant and the common areas look great, but the rooms could use a refresh.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
This property is nothing like shown on Expedia. I booked that showed a nice living room, kitchen and even washer. We got a room with a bathroom that needed plumbing work, there were roaches in the room. When I told them the executive suite shows all the amenities I saw only they said no they don’t have it. In other words false advertising. Awful place. They get ZERO stars.
