Fine little place

The place was clean and didn't have any odors, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom is too small and there is no parking.

The property is well managed, there is no staff on site, but they respond quickly to any questions. Our room was clean, but pretty small, especially the bathroom. The area is safe and quiet, a great location to explore Little Havana. Downtown Miami is easily accessible by free trolley connecting to other public transportation.

The owners were absolutely amazing. I have never had such great communication with owners of a property before. The room was SO clean and cute. If we come back to Miami we will DEFINITELY stay here again, without a doubt.

This is right in the heart of Little Havana. Short walk to 8th street where night clubs, restaurants, shops, etc. Rooms are well designed, tasteful, and immaculately clean and new. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I went for 2 bedroom for extra space and it was way bigger than expected. Great location & set up was perfect. Bed was so comfy I slept too long.

The place looks nice, but the split in that room makes a really loud noise that doesnt allow you to have the a/c on. The curtains dont go down all the way so people can see you from outside.

I enjoyed my experience at this location. I was only there for one night. It was close to the university of Miami Hospital in which I needed to be at during my time there. The room is a very cute studio, very clean, And amenities such as a kitchen dinette, and refrigerator – freezer that worked out very nice for my needs. The only reason why I did not give it five stars is because the parking in the area is scarce. Also, the neighborhood is a bit uninviting. Aside from this, my experience there suited my needs nicely.

Winter just began.. this place offer no Blanket, only 1 thin bed sheet to cover yourself. You won't fit in the shower if you are more than 180lbs. The bathroom sink has no hot water. You wont be able to sit on that toiled seate if you are more than 5,'7. There is just no space for your knees!

You’ve got to be kidding! Crazy bad!

This isn’t a hotel, it’s just a dinky little house in a dodgy neighborhood. There is no office or any other place to check in. The “hotel” does not appear on local maps of the area. There is no parking, except on the street. The street is bumper to bumper parking on both sides. Find the hotel on google earth. Once you see it, you won’t want to stay there.

After an extremely dysfunctional experience with Frontier Airlines, I was stuck in Miami for two days. I had no plans to explore the area or experience the culture. I just wanted to sleep until I could return home. I found Casa Agave on Expedia and was immediately pleased with what I saw. When I arrived at the property I was relieved to see that it looked just like the photos. It was clean (I could smell that bleach was used), neat, and furnished with the perfect furniture for the space. It had an appropriately sized refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen ware. I couldn't figure out how to use the ceramic countertop "stove" so I didn't mess with it. But the location was easily assesible, so my Door Dasher met me at the gate in no time. I felt so safe and secure my entire time there. It was such a sweet little reset. Just what I needed! Thank you, Rebecca and Gonzalo!

Recently renovated small apartment property

So I have to start this with a problem but say that it was resolved fairly straightforwardly. Whether this was an issue because of timing differences with UK and us app I don't know but we weren't given the passcodes for the gate and room until 1:00 a.m. the following day. We were very fortunate that the cleaning staff we're on site and through her translator app the lady adult with was absolutely wonderful and she got in touch with the owners and things were resolved. If you come in by car there is plenty of street parking but you might have to walk a little way. I did feel safe with my car on the street. The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful. Recently renovated I would say with plenty of space good air conditioning a mini kitchen and even washing machine and tumble dryer which are at the back of the property. A short walk to Marlins Park as well as a walk in the other direction to little Havana. 100% would I recommend this property we had a lovely stay
