I booked a stay at this location through Expedia, and unfortunately, we had a really frustrating experience. The booking process allowed us to choose a hotel that ended up being 18 hours away from the airport we landed at in Mexico, and this wasn’t clearly noted. We only realized the issue after we had already arrived, so we had to scramble last minute to find somewhere closer to stay.
To make matters worse, the original hotel never responded to our attempts to contact them through Expedia. Even though the booking stated no refunds, we at least hoped for a response or some acknowledgment of the situation. The lack of any reply at all felt like truly poor customer service.
In short, it was a stressful experience. I’d strongly advise double-checking details before booking and being cautious with places that aren’t responsive at all.
