This is a great option for family! We, a family of 4, had a 3-bedroom (building 2 -15D) unit with three comfortable bedrooms, spacious and convenient! The apartment with friendly staff is walking distance to Xin'an subway station and MiniWalk Shopping Mall. It's strongly recommended!!!

Very clean a big apartment, the area is very nice with a big shopping mold across the street and many options to eat, metro station is on the shopping mold Bao’an Center station. The beds and pillows one of the best of any hotel I have stayed and I have been in many hotels around the world. There is no tv on the apartment.

Have enjoyed our stay very much, across the road is the shopping mall and supermarket. Clean and tidy room, friendly cleaner. Downside is the check in service late at night and quite noisy around the neighborhood if not shut the windows. Cups and bowls are very small sizing for cooking our own food. No seasoning or cooking oil provided. Booked a room for four but only free two breakfast, nice breakfast variety though.

Everything was Nice. Staff are all nice although we had problems with language barriers since we dont speak in chinese. Only comment is, I booked in for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults) but didnt realize that breakfast is only for 2 people.. not sure if that is clearly disclosed in upon booking. I have an assumption, that when you book 4 people, then every guest must be entitled to their free breakfast

The room size is so large that is out of my expectation. The are two double-bed with a kitchen, a refrigerator, a washing machine. The washing room is clean. The air-conditioning is cold. This is very important in summer. A very large shopping mall is next to the hotel, and sub-way station inside the shopping mall.
