Unit nice but property not so much

The unit we rented was very nice and clean but the property had some issues Only one elevator was working. There was active construction going on and lots of noise and construction workers wandering around. We should have been notified that the property was undergoing major construction and repairs. We didn’t receive any parking passes and didn’t know we needed them until we arrived. The parking lot was completely full most of the time and we had to park across a busy 4 lane highway in the overflow parking area. Accessing the property from the overflow parking was very dangerous due to traffic.
