Close to the village which is what I was looking for. Close to the metro which makes it easy to get around. Second floor room was great. Front door and room access codes were a nice touch.

I would give this property a 5 if the TV was working. Otherwise, the location is great, quiet inside, and great kitchen. The laundry area is a big plus.

Everything was really great about the place. We had a difficult time finding overnight parking. If they had left a list of the best spots to try and how to work the codes, that would have been helpful. Otherwise great spot. We'd stay again if the parking issues was solved.

This property seems to have been build fairly recently. It is built with a good layout and well thought out. The accommodation is a home away from home and made perfect sense to us. The location has ample public transports about and is convenient for a first (or 20) time visitors with also quick access to & fro the airport. Montreal is a very interesting city to visit and we plan on coming back and Namaste hotel will be our go place.

This newly renovated property is clean and modern. The room was spacious, clean, and offers a lot like - fridge, stove, kitchen appliances. The property management communicated well in advance and are organized. Great place close to the metro, groceries, great dining, etc. Highly recommended!

The property was really nice inside with lots of room. I loved the washer and dryer inside the unit. The main drawback was the location. Kind of sketchy neighborhood but offset by proximity to the Metro.

Great room, quiet small building. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen and living room. The bathroom was clean and high end. The owner was accommodating and kept a clean and beautiful environment. Just a short walk from the subway station and close to down town and places to eat, get coffee, etc. would recommend.

The front entrance needed sprucing even tho the neighborhood is considered not a great one. We liked the grit of this area , its shows the real neighborhood of Montreal. The condo was lovely, enough space for a family of 5!

Though the property is located in an odd part of town, the rooms themselves are great. My only flag is there were some issues that arose and I could not get a hold of anyone to help. I left voicemails and sent emails but heard nothing back.

Pros: The property was well maintained, well supplied, and secure. Very easy to adjust climate. Was easy to stream and cast shows from my computer using airplay. Cons: I found the sound proofing was a bit weak, and I could hear people above walking around, as well as people closing doors below me and in the hall ways. I almost got locked out of my unit when the batteries in the door ran out of power. Suggest bringing 4 AA batteries just in case. Pillows were a bit low budget, bring your own if you can.

The apartment itself was really beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was REALLY well stocked, the bed was comfortable, etc. However, the reason I cannot give this property 5 stars is the fact that we had absolutely no hot water for the entire duration of our stay, and we got zero response whatsoever from the hotel when we tried to contact them about it. While I would probably stay here again based on the actual physical apartment, I would be quite nervous about the lack of front desk and complete non-responsiveness from management (what if the problem had been even more urgent?) Overall, I recommend the property to a certain degree, I just would encourage the hotel owners to figure out their communication issues. (NOTE: I might not recommend this property to a single female traveler based on the somewhat sketchy neighbourhood)

The apartment was beautiful. Everything was clean and it was exactly what we needed. There were two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. When you walk in the apartment, you’re in the kitchen with a living room that has a pull out couch. There is a code to get into the apartment and a different code to get into the entire building which I liked. The area was a little sketchy. A lot of homeless people and people seemingly on drugs. We felt safe in the building, and there were other hotels on the street which was reassuring. But would not walk around at night. Felt fine during the day. I stayed with my husband and three small children. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the location of this property, as it was in close proximity to the Metro station as well as close to dining and entertainment. The property's photos and description are accurate. We only needed to contact the property manager once for a minor issue, and the manager was readily available even in the later hours of the evening. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer in our suite. As for parking, there is a 24 hour garage across the street. You just pull up to the entrance and it opens the door. Once in you will be able to get the ticket that you take with you, as it allows you to access the garage 24/7 until you are ready to leave. As with some of the other reviews, there are some street folks in the general area but we did not feel unsafe. As with any city, you need to exercise common sense. We avoided walking near the park at night.

Badrooms in basement.

We are in room on first floor. . Bedrooms located in basement, with concrete selling, and wet smell in the rooms. It was not disclosed before we book the room and on website pictures the bedrooms are with big windows with white, nive selling. See pictures how looks bedroom in our suit. We feel money has to be refunded. I would NEVER book room with kids in basement. No one picture on website shows bedrooms in basement. It is ablosutly not what we paid for. Will put claim on it if owner will not fully refund us . I prefer to be informed in advaced about it. P. S. Starting 1 a.m in basement bedrooms you will here runing water in sewer system, which just behind or in the beddroms wall. 3 am still running. Totally sleepless night . This hottel need to be sued for do not providing trully info about their rooms and for ruin vocation.
