This is a perfect location for a Husker weekend in the Haymarket area. Very nice apartment and easy to walk to everything downtown. Only negatives were there was a lot of street noise at night and the beds are not the most comfortable. Other than that, it’s an exceptional value for the location and very easy check in and out process. Would definitely stay again.

Figuring out how an where to check-in was a bit like an escape room. Email instructions arrive late and are not very clear.
The property and the area are great. Very nice building and the students living there are very friendly. However we were very displeased with the quality of the bed, as it was barely a futon mattress on a hard steel frame. Anyone older than a college student, prepare for some back pain. Additionally, if you are looking for anyone with any real control of the property, the students who man the counter can't do much and getting in contact with the actual property managers is difficult enough that I never accomplished it. As far as parking, make sure you budget extra to feed the meter it pay a garage fee.
Overall the property was very nice, clean and well put together. Just a few things really brought the experience down.

It’s in a nice location downtown but note that it’s student housing. Overall the property is nice there were just some cleanliness issues, stained sheets and pillows, hair all over the shower, etc. Note that there is limited to no parking, we were advised to just take the parking ticket because it’s cheaper than paying for the whole day. The check in instructions state to just go to the front desk, which is on the 3rd floor, and they would help us there. When we arrived the front was incredibly helpful but informed us that they are not affiliated with checking in and out of rentals. So overall communication, cleanliness, and parking are the big issues we had otherwise it’s in a nice location, close to everything downtown, and works for if you’re just planning to sleep there.

This property seems to be new. I had terrible communication problems. There are a few inaccuracies in the listing. The most important:
1. This is STUDENT housing. I'm visiting in the summer and it's very quiet because I do not believe anyone is around. By student house, its four bedrooms with private baths and a central shared space with kitchen, couch and tv. This isn't obvious from the photos. We got 2 bedrooms and the other two were blocked off.
2. Parking is NOT included. It's $80 per month across the street. Meters on the street probably will not work. Better options might be 4 or more blocks away.
There were minor communication problems that were only somewhat inconveinet. Automated turn in of keys after the stay was not included. The phone number for the "host", which was not the same as the on-site property office, was an international UK number. I called anyway, because there was no WIFI instructions or parking instructions. The person who answered said that someone would come by and drop off "marketing material" with those details. That never happened. I never got a checkout procedure, yet, the on-site property rental office was kind enough to take the key from me.
The "reply" button their emails led to a login-screen for Expedia, yet, after logging in, no obvious way to send a message.
That literally the only reason I'm leaving a review. Overall, it met our needs and I would stay there again.
