The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a severe fly infestation that persisted despite the use of insect spray. The floors and walls were dirty, and the shower water consistently overflowed, flooding the entire bathroom floor. Furthermore, the sewer was backing up through the bathroom sink, causing additional distress. The entire unit reeked of cigarette smoke, which was particularly surprising given that it was a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, my request for resolution was ignored, and none of the issues were addressed.

Nice Without Basic Supplies

The apartments are quite nice, but they are not very clean, with a lot of hair on the floor left by previous guests. Some towels were also dirty. The apartment lacks basic supplies such as soap, salt, and pepper, and does not have a dish detergent or dish sponge.

Avoid apartments in 1st and 2nd floors, they have no heating and temperature can drop to 11C, as was the case when I stayed. It was really unpleasant. They say it's not a hotel, which I understand 100%, but not having hand soap in the bathrooms and hairdryers is ridiculous. I don't think I'd stay here ever again, especially after seeing that the reception staff are not even given a portable heater to be comfortable in an area that the wind hits hard. The receptionists are all incredibly polite and helpful

La habitación muy sucia y la gerencia nunca se comunicó ni siquiera para disculparse. Al ser las 19hs, ya no tenían personal de limpieza y decían que no tenían otra habitación. Para nada recomendable este lugar

El piso del horror, never go!

Lamentable, patetico. Me dieron una habitación que tenía el baño sucio, recientemente usado, y no sabían cómo. La cantidad de restos humanos que había por todos lados era una cosa nunca vista. Nunca pudieron explicar como a Lguien entro, teniendo en cuenta que era un piso 0 me fui. La respuesta fue que no lo iban ni podían resolver y que me tenía que arreglar yo. Además habia una “ventana” que no se podía cerrar ya que era de rajas y entraban mosquitos. El alojamiento del gorro. Nunca vayan. No adjunto fotos porque son desagradables.

Excelente localização, tamanho ótimo para uma família de 4 pessoas. Muito próximo a uma padaria, farmácia e lojinha de conveniência Oxxo 24h. A duas quadras da Av. Paulista (metrô e atrações) e a poucas do bairro Bixiga, com ótimos restaurantes. Destaque para o domingo quando a Paulista é fechada e palco de feiras, shows, comida de rua. Excelente!

Ambiente excelente. Espaço, conforto, localização muito bons! Faltou informação quanto à política de acomodação da empresa que é focada em estadias de longa permanência. Tempo frio e falta de alguns acessórios e falta desta informação prejudicou uma estadia mais curta. Em tempo de restrição de bagagem nas Cias Aéreas, Quem que leva um edredom na mala para uma estadia de 5 dias? se optarem por este imóvel levem, inclusive papel higiênico. De resto, Estrutura muito boa.

Apartamento novo e em excelente localização. Tem muito potencial, mas alguns detalhes precisam ser repensados. Por mais que o apartamento fosse completo, nos foi disponibilizado apenas um garfo! Não disponibilizam sequer um pouco de sabonete liquido para as mãos. Pode ser uma questao boba, mas são os detalhes que fazem a diferença! Nosso vaso sanitario vazava água e o ar condicionado só possuía o modo frio. Para alem disso, só disponibilizam um cobertor fino por quarto. Conversei com outras pessoas que disseram que a administração recomendou que comprassem cobertores, pois nao tinham como disponibilizar outros. Como estavamos com criancas pequenas, dormimos todos na mesma cama, porem um ar condicionado quente é o minimo a se esperar. Em geral recomendo e voltaria, mas a atenção nos detalhes seria imprescindível.
