When we arrived we were told by the unfriendly person in the front desk that the property we told him we are staying at was not on the list for approved stay . We have to wait for him to call someone who asked for our information, mostly our names and passport number ,the person claimed that we never responded to an email sent prior to our arrival asking to verify our stay , which i never received . There is no AC which was not an issue but since we have to leave the windows open it was very noisy , you can hear the cars , dogs barking and all of the city noise . The property is located a nice area where you can basically walk to restaurants and sight see
